Went here to find a wedding suit for my fiance, and Mr. Santos made it an exceptional experience. He must've gone up and down the stairs 20 times to find my finance the perfect shoe, to no with his beautiful suit. They also have a fantastic selection of suit fabrics, rather than just the generic navy/grey/black.. if you're looking for something more individual, try your luck here Saturday is busy, so best to make an appointment, just so you don't have to wait. Honestly a fantastic experience all around, would recommend.

I got myself a tailored suit here for £638. This is a more affordable price than some of the other shops I saw nearby where prices were over a grand. I had one appointment to see what the shop was like, another to get measured, a third to try on my suit, and I came back a fourth time to collect it after some minor alterations. Overall, it took about a month. I saw a guy called Thomas who is awesome - knows his stuff and is very friendly/nice about explaining it to a complete noob like myself. I asked a ton of questions! Would highly recommend Thomas. You can pick who you want the appointment with on their website. There were some delays waiting to be served, but I saw that as the nature of the job + the good value for money I was getting. Happy customer here! 🧑‍💼

Great shop of custom made tailoring with high quality materials and great value for money. They provide a fantastic service, although it depends on who you are assigned to. Sometimes they try to hard to sell you on their vision so try to go there with a clear idea of what you want. Taking appointments online is a great idea as it's always very busy especially in weekends

My favourite shop in London. Not only is the clothing modern and clean but the staff are excellent, there’s no over the top commission-driven persuasion to buy this and that. Just good advice from people who know what exactly what they’re doing. Not sure if Ciara still works there but she really sorted me out with a much better outfit than the one I picked out, it’s been a year since and every time I’ve worn that outfit the compliments roll in. I came in on a Saturday looking for a suit for myself - a woman. My suit-wizard, Brian, wasn't phased by this (unlike many other suit shops in the area) and had no issue figuring out my size. Attending me and my group, he managed to strike the perfect balance between leaving us to discuss amongst ourselves, and helping with suggestions/ideas/expertise. Most importantly, he made the experience fun. I'll be coming back soon.

I need to give a special shout out and thank you to the excellent service supplied by Baber in the Mayfair store. He was able to find my size and have the items sent to my UK address, whilst I was in Dubai, so the items would arrive in time to meet me. He went above and beyond and deserves all the credit. Went to Suitsupply to buy my suit for a wedding - we didn’t have a reservation and there were very busy at that time the person in the entrance was very helpful and booked us for a couple of hours later - Penelope took care of us being very helpful, professional and friendly! - they estimate time ended being a lot less than expected and then we tried before one more time for last mesures. Went to Suitsupply Vigo Street in the past for a suit and tuxedo and have not been disappointed. More recently I went to purchase a suit and a tuxedo again and the experience was again overwhelmingly positive. I was kindly assisted by Alex Bhalla who spent time carefully outlining the options, recommendations and alternations with great patience and attention to detail. Even though there were some last minute changes and initially some issues with the suit material, both Alex and the store manager did not hesitate to make themselves available and sort everything out in a timely and professional manner. I certainly plan on returning for additional items and would highlight the range available in the store, the price point and also the service from Alex (and others I am sure!). I would note it is worth booking an appointment when possible as the store does get very busy on evenings and weekends. Thanks again.

I went to buy both suit and tuxedo for my sister's wedding. There is a very large choice of dress and had a very good experience thanks to Alexis, a french seller. The quality looks good and it's cheaper than in other very expensive places. They are able to do adjustments on your dress very quickly. The only cons: it's a big shop and sellers are all very busy so it's a bit difficult to grab someone for help if you haven't booked it in advance

So let me highlight the positive Giancarlo was fantastic and was very attentive, patient and showed genuine warmth. The suit itself is fantastic quality and the fitting seems very good. But the end user experience was frankly terrible. I booked a final fitting appointment but unfortunately Giancarlo was not available so I chose someone else named Luca when I turned up he was busy with another customer. No problem they gave me another person but when I had my fitting he disappeared as I guess he was with someone else. When I finished with the fitting again I was on my own the guy who was supposed to be with me again was with someone else. Come on this is cheap and ruins the brand. It really left a poor Impression. I spoke with I presume the manager who was very apologetic and explained there very busy in evenings. I understand that but if you book a appointment you expect that personal touch and I did not get it. Real shame as everything before that was great.

Went shopping with my brother to find a suit for his wedding. After 10 different 'Taylors' offered us little variety and adivce we finally found suitsupply and it was absolutely brilliant. All the staff where friendly and helpful despite being super busy. They even manged to see us without us having an appointment. They had a great range of styles and fabrics and it was long until we'd ordered a custom suit, my brother choose everything right down the the buttons!

Great service and really well thought out way of making everything covid friendly but also a great experience. Came in today for fitting for brothers wedding and was met at the door by professional and lovely staffer lady. Only waited for a less than a minute until we were taken to Amy who serviced us for our visit. Amy was really friendly, knowledgeable about tailoring and how different nips and tucks will look and explained everything as we went along. The shirts used to try on we're also clean and the shoes comfortable. If you need a suit either off the rack or tailored at a medium price range, this is the place. My 1st visit and I think it will be my go to for both instore and online from here on. We'll done and see you soon.

Sometimes the store does get a little busy (from last years of experience) but the high calibre of product is worth the patience. On my recent visit Jimmy W provided really great service. Unfortunately there was nothing quite right for me on that particular day and because the salesman had taken the time to understand what I wanted he recognised this and wasn't pushy. Very impressed and would definitely go back. I came the shop in Mayfair to get two suits after hearing very positive things about Suit Supply. I was greeted upon entry and seen to immediately by Maxime, who was very helpful and hospitable - even though the store was extremely busy I was offered water and told I'd be seen very shortly. I tried on two suits and had my adjustments measured, and had a spare pair of trousers with each suit. The fitting process and payment were very smooth, and I was very pleased with the service. HOWEVER, despite being told I would be emailed a receipt (which for a very large bill is pretty important...) I was NOT. Additionally, although the turnaround on the adjustments was very quick, I'm not actually sure any adjustments were made at all. The trousers were still too long and baggy, and not the length they were originally pinned at. I then discovered the spare pair of trousers for one of my suits was not even the right size and they'd given me the wrong size, and they then tried to charge me to have it adjusted because they were too large! The suit itself is a very nice quality and I was seen promptly, they were apologetic, and it was fairly priced. However, overall I can't give any higher than 3*. This reflects the overall experience though - the suit is really nice and staff are great, just a bit sloppy forgetting my receipt, having to have adjustments twice, and giving me the wrong trousers and not offering to swap them (?). EDIT: So, within 2 days the management at SUITSUPPLY had contacted me to discuss my issue, and after explaining my issue and my experience, refunded my adjustments and gave a formal apology. EDIT2: Since purchase, my suits now have holes in both inside pockets, two pairs of the trousers have turn underneath, and the other pair I wore the other day for the first time as spares had been taken up much too far, despite being "altered" twice already... Disappointing given how much I spent on these.

I was very fortunate to have the new manager of the store(came in from Madrid store) - Carlos, to assist me with getting properly fitted -- Carlos was superb in every aspect of the process of buying and tailoring my suit-- and I was so impressed -- I brought back a business partner to buy suit, as well!! Affordable suits that are good quality. What stood out was the fantastic customer service. We bought a suit for my boyfriend who is very tall and quite slim and they found him the right size, lengthened the arms and adjusted the legs to fit his slim legs. And all that with a smile and very friendly manners. And all that despite it being super busy there. Highly recommended!

I dont usually leave reviews however i have created a gmail account just to leave this review. The customer service and honest advice that i received by Tom was outstanding. My initial consultation was with a different tailor for a made to measure suit. I was then taken care of by Tom as the initial tailor had left the company when the suit arrived in store. Once this suit arrived it was not quite right in terms of how it fit and the lapels were not how i instructed them to be on the jacket. Rather than jut take in and adjust the suit that arrived Tom advised that he was able to get a new suit in which would be more suited to my body. All this was done within time for my wedding. Tom's expertise and knowledge on how the suit should fit was comforting and this showed when the new suit arrived in store for me try. My brother has separately been into the store and told me that he overheard Tom speaking to another customer and said the tailor i used (Tom) knows his stuff. If you are thinking of getting a made to measure suit made with Suit Supply and are lucky enough to be served by Tom you will not regret it!

A very clever concept - ready to wear menswear basics for a reasonable price. The range is limited to the classic gentleman’s wardrobe - suits that can be bought separately, cashmere and wool/cashmere jumpers, wool trousers, shirts, jackets and coats. Some shoes too but let’s concentrate on the clothes. I bought woollen trousers but they are all cut too slim. I am a size 32 waist short-ish man. But the waist of the 32 is more like a 30! So I went one size up but then the thigh area balloons! It requires tailoring at a cost, but that’s OK. So I ask them why they don’t cut their trousers the ‘normal’ way like other classic brands? No answer. The other pair of trousers is OK because it has drawstrings. It allows me to wear their size 32. But horror horror - Suitsupply tailored the trousers far too short. I tried to complain but it was too late because the legs have no fabric left to lengthen them. Then when I went back I noticed all the salesmen wear their trousers short! A la Thom Brown! You remember him? He started this short trousers fashion a while back. Otherwise this is a good brand for those who need a classic wardrobe staple pieces for work or casual weekends.

these guys made me a tailored suit, for my wedding. absolutely great service, and great advice on cut and fabric etc. got a fantastic suit that will look great for years to come. Went to other places, that were more expensive and wanted to charge extras for all the small details. All small details were included in the Suitsupply cost. other places wanted 100% of the money up front, suit supply wanted 50% on measure, and 50% once your 100% happy with the item. You can go back as many times as you need for tweaks.

Very busy at the weekend, as you can imagine. All the shop staff busy helping out various customers. Just have to grab one of theirs attention and eventually you get seen to. Once you are being looked after the experience is pleasant and easy. Lots of help and advice selecting and trying various suits. I went downstairs in the suit department and I have been welcomed by this young gentleman, John ( Giancarlo), who immediately connect and made me feel comfortable and more excited about my purchase ( I hate shopping !). My husband & I recently visited suitsupply and were very impressed at every level. Staff (served by the helpful Kercy) brought suits/jackets /ties - whatever was needed. No request went unmet. So often you’re made to feel it’s an effort for staff - here it was a pleasure. We bought many things - the suit trousers were altered within an hour onsite. Time for us to grab a quick drink & collect in our return. The brilliant service didn’t stop there -.in our haste to catch a train we hadn’t checked all the bags and an extra shirt that had been tried in but we thought dismissed was included in the bill & a jacket was missing. Calling next day we spoke with the extremely helpful DOUWE who arranged a foc courier service to collect the shirt for refund & deliver the omitted jacket. Smooth, easy, a pleasure to do business with. So Go to Suitsupply; finally a business that understands how men want to shop is here. Thankyou AMANDA TONER

Their available suits are very limited, especially for the smaller sizes. Eventually one had to opt for the bespoke tailoring that is not only expensive but also not timely. However, the available design in larger sizes do have great fabrics and colours.

Great location (next to Saville Row) and nice range of suits and clothes to choose from. The assistants are always super helpful and will always be honest (as they don't earn commission from the sale). If they don't have the item you want in stock you can order it in shop and it will be delivered to the shop where you can get it tailored as soon as it arrives.

Given the price point it does seem to invite a bit of snobbery from the more traditional tailors (and their customers) on nearby Savile Row, and you get what you pay for - the construction quality of the suits is not as good as it could be. That said, they carry a large range, and if, like me, you like to wear suits for leisure rather than business you'll quickly find the majority of shops have pretty limited options in very standard colours (navy, grey) whereas here you can go at least a bit more off piste, without incurring the huge prices (and the long lead times) associated with bespoke.

Ignore the above - this isn't a restaurant! My favourite suit store - excellent and varied cuts (for each body type - if you're a rock-climber, rugby player, etc, and generally have a somewhat altered form, they'll cater for you), good quality materials, extremely good service, inexpensive. Also a great range of casual jackets - still with a fantastic fit. I don't get my jackets anywhere else now.

Every time I've been here the staff have been experienced and have helped pick the right suit for my build, quickly and without fuss. The tailoring is done in the shop and I've been able to pick it up within an hour on the same day a couple of times. The styles range from classic to funky so you should be able to find what you're looking for here. Definitely recommend a visit.

Gentlemen of London - cast aside that TM Lewin suit; it's time to look sharp. Suitsupply brings high-end design and high-quality tailored finishes at prices that won't make you weep. Descend into the basement of their London store to be greeted with a wide array of cuts and fabrics - from the conservative all the way through to the insane. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and will help you pick out the right suit and tailor it to fit your frame perfectly. The process can require a couple of visits (in my case, 3) - but the finished product is beyond a doubt worth it. A full suit, with tailored finish, will set you back between £400 and £600 - but worth every single penny.
