My husband is extremely into streetwear & sneakers and Supreme is one of his go-to places in NYC. Hence, he insisted their location in London was on his must-visit list. The decor is pretty similar to the one in New York, bright and clean with few product lineup like an exhibition. The staff was friendly and much nicer than what we experienced. The safety procedures they executed during the pandemic was in high standard.

Hint: Come at lunch time / just after opening to avoid a queue at the entrance. The shop itself is in the basement where one changing room is available, the ground floor basically only contains the cash desk. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you have made it into the shop, you probably are aware of the brand which was hyped in the past and more or less up to now. The quality of the items / clothes is good as they do cooperations with other popular brands. The prices varies between fair for e.g. Nike Air Force 1 Sneaker and quite pricy for other clothes. As the brand initially is a skateboard brand, the selection of skateboard decks is remarkable and definitely worth a look if you are looking for a new board.

A small one-room spot of a famed brand for every teenager to check. Teenage male staff is always reasonable blasé and friendly to make you feel comfortable while trying to find you the size and color of a T-shirt you crave. Beware of shortages of sizes - especially for younger kids. Remember that S doesn’t necessarily mean it’s small-small. Demand is high, supply is low so you might get irritated learning about products lacking. Well hey, that’s the price for being trendy and hip today.

Best time to go is when the store opens otherwise it’s a bit of a wait due to the popularity of the brand. Otherwise expect to wait 20-40 mins depending on the day and time. Most of the popular will have already sold out so don’t go in expecting to find all the hype stuff, otherwise you can sometimes find some good pieces that are sold out online.

Waited in line for about 40 minutes and then got in. Security was very friendly and helpful. The staff inside the store were really nice and they helped me to get the right size for my shirt. Waiting in line for the cashier did take a while but it was worth it and the guy gave me a few stickers when I asked for them. Basically a good experience. Prices are very good too, a normal print T-shirt is about 35£. I‘ll surely go again sometime. They also have a fitting room that you can access if you ask the staff nicely.

Small shop but great discount deal in the January period!! I have been there yesterday and even the staff is really helpful apart that they are on their world and there is a big problem of queue and security that can take hours to get in! The price doesn’t not worth the stuff that you buy but with discount you can make great deals!! I end up with 2 cool worm up trousers which I love and they are perfect!! If you are looking gor hoodies, T-shirts, a good brand and logo, skateboard, and making some great deals I really highly recommend the place when discount are applied!!

Better than expected. After reading other reviews I didn’t expect much and visited with a friend who wished to buy several items. Staff were helpful and friendly. Security at the front, again were friendly and helpful. The best time to visit seems to be late afternoon. Fairly small selection inside but they do have lots of alternative sizes in stock if you ask.

Depending on the timing of your visit, there may be lots there, or not much. Supreme is a very 'hyped up' brand, so if you want a specific item in-store you must be prepared to wait in line to get in.

The guys are the kings of hospitality and good vibes. Came over from states and ended up going here 4 times....all 4 times was treated so nice and wound up buying something every visit. I really like being an hypebeast and this is why I went to this store and I really liked it. The best day to go is when there is a drop out but there’s a downside, ideed you have to wait in the queue. When you go inside you feel really comfy and ready to buy something

I hate lining up on the street with the smell of weed. I always find uneasy in the store. It’s very quiet , people grab and go. No any sort of interaction with anybody. Interesting shopping experience .

You have to stand in line to get in but it is well organised and normally on a none drop day it takes about an hour. Sort after brand and really interesting to see how they market the clothes. Not silly prices, but don't expect a cheap day out if you as I did, take your 15 year old son.

You can understand the need of the queuing system due to the exclusivity of the brand. Thankfully the staff outside and inside are friendly and helpful and obviously you can't fault the quality of the Supreme brand.

SUPREME started out as a small skateboard brand in NYC. Through their unique taste in design and clothing, they got traction and with the hype of blogs and celebrities, the brand popped like nothing ever before did. That hype is still up till this day. These days, Supreme focuses on collaborations with brands such as SLAYER, THE NORTH FACE, NEW ERA or DR MARTENS with fresh releases EVERY thursday. SUPREME sells their items exclusively through their own retail stores and there are less than 10 world wide. That's the reason why there is a line outside of the store at ANY given time. If you want to see what the hype is about and maybe want to snag a piece to stunt on your fashion-keen co-worker, follow these steps - Go there any day except thursday. It gets wild on thursdays. - Expect to be in line for at least 1 hour to enter the shop. - dress warm and bring some snacks - don't carry a purse or bag pack. You'll have to leave the backpack on the ground floor when going down stairs. There's a security who watches out but one can never know. - don't take any photos when in line Once inside, enjoy it and browse through stuff that is already sold out online and up on ebay for about 300% of the retail price. The style is quite simple and you should find something that you can add to your wardrobe. Either pay cash or credit. They always have issues with debit cards.

I have to say the service in the store was excellent and Jack and his Security Team outside the store were exceptional. Jack was so accommodating and understanding to all the customers. I watched him personally help an old lady who had made a special trip from Yorkshire to but her grandson 3 T-shirt’s. I have to say, Jack and his team are absolutely an asset to the whole store and the brand. Will definitely go back and shop again and again!!

Overall a great store environment. Staff are very friendly and they are very chilled, although to all the customers inside didn't show enough respect to the staff as they all have to serve a lot of people. So therefore I believe that the customer should treat the staff with the same respect as they want to be treated. After it is a type of store that has a community vibe to it so even to have a small conversation with the staff on the shop floor is always a good thing to do. Even if the store doesn't have stock of the item you want, it still isn't justified to take out your frustration towards the staff even if they can't do anything to cater to your wants or needs, they're humans, not genies. As for the security, they are very professional in sorting out the queue and given that they have to make sure that the queue goes smoothly, it is advised to listen to what they say as they are just trying to do their job. Overall this store is a excellent store, I feel that the staff and security at the store aren't treated with the right respect from the customers. So please treat others like how you would like to be treated.

Great shop and staff and a good selection of stock left from the most recent drop. Wait was expected and therefore not so bad. Only sizes M-XL in store but again expected as S is usually unattainable to most usual buyers due to it being the most in demand. Overall good experience. Most 1-2 star reviews come from those who likely went to the store with very high expectations and a lack of knowledge about supreme. Good shop, but don't expect them to have hyped pieces from a drop that was a few days ago as they will likely have sold out on the first day.

On drop days I’ve waited around 10-20 minutes in line, from there the staff are helpful and communicate well about getting you what you want and will offer alternatives if they do not have availabile shirts, colors, or sizes. I’ve shopped at Supreme 4 times this year on hyped drop days and every time they seem to be on point and very helpful when you have a list, the cashiers are very chill also. For tips, I would suggest to sign up 11am on tuesdays on their website for a chance to get a spot on thursday or friday if you want the best and newest items and sizes. They do not let the general public in the store on those days as it’s strictly only for the people who signed up. If you don’t want to sign up and just visiting the area, I would recommend going any other day, preferably when they open the store, thursdays and fridays are the most busiest for them as they have to manage 300-400 people who signed up. My overall experience has been very pleasant at supreme, the bouncers are friendly and the staff inside are helpful, as long as you listen, be kind to them, and know what you want, everything will run smoothly.

Nice store, never felt unwelcome in the store during my visit as previous reviews have suggested. Didn't have to queue which was nice, there was an ok range of clothes despite not being near a "drop day", however the staff don't really make an effort to make the store feel special, the guy on the till didn't speak the whole time I was buying items, and nobody asked me if I needed help with sizing. Bit typical of these hype stores to assume their fame will support them, if they aren't careful their staffs poor attitudes will be what they are remembered for.

I went there yesterday (a Wednesday) to buy a birthday present for my brother, who’s turning 14 and loves the brand. I got there at 9.30 but the line didn’t start until 10.15. As I was one of the first in line I got straight in at 11. The door staff and security, as well as the in store staff were all friendly and helpful. A Surpreme cap cost 42-44£, a shirt 46£, a sweater was from 158£ and a duffel bag came at 138£. The brand is a simple hype, but the store really isn’t as bad as people are stating in other reviews. Because you are not allowed to take any pictures in the store, I can’t attach any to this review.

Waited less than one hour in the queue. Staff was kind, which I was nervous about, having read older reviews. I got the impression that as long as you're respectful, they will be too. There wasn't a ton of stock, but I spent a good 30-40 minutes looking at all the options. Ended up with a sick pair of track pants. I am a casual fan of Supreme (almost an oxymoron given the lengths you have to go to nowadays to get your hands on their products), but it was definitely a good experience and worth the wait.

You are not allowed to use your phone inside so make sure before you enter the store to know what you wanna buy. 80% of the products here are trash. The rest is overpriced, but it’s Supreme. Don’t expect the cashier to be friendly, they just want your money.

You have to wait an hour, surrounded by teenage hypebeasts and their bewildered parents just to get in. The security guards outside are anything but nice. You're not allowed to take pictures inside. Or talk of the outside world. There's only, like, 3 racks of clothes. Of course they don't have your size for the item you wanted. And also, what, a hundred quid for a regular hoodie?! That just has a logo on it? And if you want to try out something, they just take it out of the plastic wrapping and toss it to you accross the floor. But you know you want it.

Went on a drop day late in the afternoon and waited an hour in queue expecting to be met with terrible service as stated in many 1* reviews. Instead I got treated with some of the best customer service I've yet experienced. Was immediately asked if I need any help and was not rushed at all as they got different sizes of their inventory for me to try on. I don't understand where the bad rep comes from. Would definitely go back next time I'm in London.

Got there at about 4:00 pm on a Sunday only had to wait in line about ten minutes. BE NICE to security and they will be nice to you I saw countless people get kicked out of line or various things, if u have a bag with you they make you leave it at the door and security does not like people taking pictures there’s not much inside a few shirts, hats and duffle bags and I was suprised to see how many accessories they had in stock from previous weeks that have been sold out all around good experience.

Sometimes, when the London Zoo seems a little far, the whole family goes down to the Supreme store and we spend a good time observing the different species of idiots that queue for hours. Fun for the whole family! You really can't miss it, once you start walking into teenage boys that are all dressed in exactly the same basic clothes and all have an attitude like their heads are up their ass, you know you're close :)

Top notch expierience from the minute we got there. Jaque and his incredibly courteous security staff was polite funny and gracefully managed several 100 people with way to much money in their pockets (myself included but my son absolutely loved it). While organising ques the security team kept the crowds happy and politely shifted all line ditchers to their correct spot. Inside the store quick help and according to my son we scored a great shirt. Thanks to all, pricey yes but was an entire morning expierience.

I have always experienced good service from the security to the retail workers from the several times I have stopped by here. Guy working the register even gave me some recommendations on local skate shops in London. Everything is well-organized & the Gonzales installations throughout the store are great to see in person. Prices are much higher than the Lafayette store in Soho but to be expected considering it's an import for the UK.

I like supreme it's a nice brand, I'm not a Hypebeast. The store is nice always heated or air conditioned depending on the temperature. Quite expensive, but not as expensive as people say it is. Nice security guys exempt from one European guy who didn't let me skate to the shop from the que, even though it's a skate shop?!?! The que varies alot, on Thursdays you do have to sighn up and for week 1 drops the que will be a good 5 hours (probably more). Overall a good experience would recommend, and also If you don't like the brand then just don't buy it.

I've never been in a Supreme shop before; this was my first time. I've shopped Supreme's website before; the selection there can be very limited since the styles change quickly and everything new seems to sell out so fast, so I wondered just how much I'd see in the shop. I was lucky. When I arrived, there was essentially no line. The selection was a little limited, as I'd imagined, but MUCH better than online. I bought two shirts as gifts. One point off since I'm too old and unattractive to wear their clothes myself.

Nice shop and most staff were helpful apart from one who genuinely seemed like he was either drunk or high and gave me the worst attitude when i asked for a different colour for an item and was on his phone whilst this happened. Appalling. But the actual shop is nice.

This thursday i had 3 box logos in my basket, Blue, grey and black - Your web server is so dead; I also asked my office to assist me in buying it. We all failed due to your dead web servers. You should think about a more honest way of building hype. As your checkout UX is weak. The stock doesnt sync to the actual quantaties until too late. So your stuck in limbo. Makes me think your not re-investing in your own infrastructure.

Okay so the thing people need to understand about suprmee is that it's extremely hyped, don't expect many items in store unless it's drop day, the staff are nice enough they help people who deserve the help if you come into the store not listening to the rules and with a bad attitude you will not be treated great but that's you're own fault. Supreme is like no other clothing store it's in a class of its own people need to understand this and need to stop putting supreme down for being the way it is, it's out of supremes hands.

it was my first time entering the Supreme store. got to take sick selfies in the changing room without the staffs noticing. asked for one of the skateboard deck's sizes, was offered the Supreme store's very own measuring tape. took the chance to measure each and every decks on their wall. really love the store's unique scent. they told me its a secret. received 5 box logo stickers (i don't know why they gave me that many). had one of the best times of my life. would definitely recommend everyone to pay a visit with their loved ones. if there are more stars, id rate them as much as possible. possibly one of the best shops in london.

People don't seem to know that Supreme is a brand that is very limited. If you want buy some Bogo's, you should do it online or wait 24 hours in line for the store. Supreme is a very wanted brand, so you shouldn't be surprised if there's next to nothing in the store.

Supreme has been my faveourite brand since 2006 ish, i buy all my skate stuff from there like deck,trucks and the rest from slam city skates down the road. People are commenting that there are no supreme things there well i have the answer. If you did any research or knew any thing about supreme youd knw all there stuff is limited so if you want to get hold of the rare supreme stuff you have to signup online on monday then queu up on thursday for about 30 minutes and then buy, the security are rude to you because there told to be, my friend works in supreme paris and supreme tells him and other workers to not let customers who look like they are resellers or anyone who knows nothing about the brand to not buy rare items so theyll just say its not available and make you leave, so my advice is to not ask qeustions and dont complain becasue they can do whatever
