Visually appealing store and lots of selection I just didn't like how narrow and short all of the scarves were, seemed like mostly men's styles that barely can tuck into your jacket. I also have no idea how the pricing is compared to actually getting them up in Scotland. A short wool small scarf was about 85-125 pounds, it felt slightly touristy.

Attentive, friendly staff. Good selection of wool types (Cashmere, Lambs wool etc). Good range of products types (hats, gloves, scarves etc) in various patterns and colours. Word of advice: Do not go in and make an impulse purchase. Research first! I bought a garment for twice the online prices of the exact same product even though it was "on sale" in store. That was after haggling a discount :/ No returns policy means I can only exchange unfortunately. I don't know their margins but I feel a bit cheated by what seems a commercial pricing strategy.

Went before Christmas to find a present for my wife. The staff were helpful in finding me a gift. Good price for the quality Will shop here again.

Very pleased with the sweaters I purchased, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. One was incorrectly marked for size, the staff was very apologetic and went above and beyond when I exchanged it .
