Bought one dress from The Fold and I absolutely love it! Communication and shipping were very convenient and accommodating. I have to deduct one star for the zipper of my dress though. In this price range I would have expected a higher quality zipper and I will probably have to replace mine after a few times wearing the dress.

Women's workwear fashion was desperately stuck in the 1980s (or even earlier than that) before The Fold came around. I love the clothes and everything that the brand stands for. The clothes are very flattering, while still professional and very elegant. The in-store styling service is absolutely amazing.

I find the Fold such a refreshing offering in the world of women’s business attire. I have ordered pieces to my home in Switzerland, and they have worked out well. I try to keep what I order, not being a fan of fast fashion, so I tended to order ‚safe‘ pieces with stretch and classic shapes. Now I finally had a chance to travel to London and decided to pre-book a styling appointment. The stylist enquired in advance about my needs. When I arrived there was a good pre-selection waiting for me, and I appreciated the support in finding the right cuts and colors for my (far-from-fashion-model)-body type. Now I have an excellent base for my post-pandemic wardrobe, classic with a twist and flattering cuts, yet I don’t have to give up the loungewear-level comfort I learned to appreciate while working from home. Even the shoes are comfortable. The stylist even offered me to look out for pieces that might work for me. Premium service for products at very reasonable price points. Highly recommended.

I booked my appointment with Silvia prior to travelling to London. The experience at the store was highly satisfying. I purchased three outfits, two of which I had tailored back in my home country to fit my shorter back. Silvia provided a lot of useful feedback and advice as I tried on many, many dresses. I gained enough confidence in how I fit the styles, that I was able to order four more dresses online from home. I would highly recommend booking a session with Sylvia if you want to leave the store with pieces that really suit you, plus be able to order online with confidence. I had never purchased such expensive dresses before, but they all fit perfectly now that I understand how to get clothes tailored to suit me. Moreover, I don't need countless dresses - I simply rotate my six dresses and look well put together every day. Another plus with the outfits is that you don't need to wear jewelry. They are complete outfits - just add shoes.

I pre-ordered some clothes to try on and booked an appointment with Rachel - the whole experience was extremely smooth, from start to finish. Rachel was warm and engaging and honest, which I really appreciated! No hard sell, just a fab hour which saw me buy a suit and dress that I didn't even know I needed!! Brilliant place - customer service excellent. I totally disagree with the comment below - pardon? And how many times have you been in this store? This is so annoying even to read. I visited the store 3 times as I'm very busy, work in the city, and mainly use Net a Porter or Matches Fashion. However The Fold have fabulous designs, timeless, very elegant, quality is excellent, and they last long, great to wear. I specially like the folded Japanese like jackets, and simple fitted dresses. Everyone is very helpful and this comments about the advertising policy is just appealing - God it wouldn't even cross my mind. That person should get over herself a bit perhaps?

Beautiful, classic, quality clothing, shoes and accessories. Adds to confidence when wearing The Fold. Also very impressed with the latest advertisement campaign that shows an array of different body types to show how adaptable the clothing is to various shapes and sizes. Well done The Fold. Moving with the times, but still with the classic, timeless outlook that I prefer.

I'm always on the look-out for good quality office clothing which makes me look well put together... you know, the perfect office dress or ensemble which hits the fine balance between professional, striking and good quality. It's not always easy to find a piece of clothing which meets that criteria, which is why The Fold was set up. Offering a range of items from dresses to jackets to trousers and skirts, all of the items I've purchased have been of high quality. While The Fold sells online, you can pop down to their showroom in Clerkenwell to try on the pieces for yourself. They also offer free alterations and will send your order straight to you once this has been done. The clothes may be priced a little on the high side, but, given the quality and care that has gone into each garment, these will last and would truly be good investment pieces.

Fabulous place for stylish work clothes! Make an appointment ahead of time. I had a personal stylist who helped me pick pieces during my appointment, and then she set them up to ship to me in US, which was really convenient.

Two weeks ago I submitted a Google review alongside a complaint to the customer care team after being hit in the head by one of the doors inside the store. While I was very disappointed by the immediate reaction of the staff, the customer care team have follow up on the complaint with utmost professionalism. I received a very apologetic call on Monday morning and the store has now got a hazard sign on the door. Very impressed by the way the team has dealt with this situation. I stand by my previous post, their collection is very stylish and unique!
