My husband and I are fans of UNIQLO and we visited their location at 311 Oxford Street since this branch is their first store oversea as a milestone for the brand. The decor is bright, clean and super huge with various product lineup. We were impressed by their special room for collaboration with books & souvenir on the top floor. The staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive so we really enjoyed our shopping there.

I have always loved the decent priced clothing; the beautifully textured fabrics that sits very well akin to a second skin. I was very pleasantly surprised with the fit of the trousers I purchased. There's so much to like about the store; fabulous merchandising, layout, quality wardrobe staples All in all, this made for a very pleasant shopping experience. I'd be heading back in the not too distant future and shop there more often.

I'd like to praise the female East Asian (sorry I don't know their pronounce) staff who were on duty at the entrance on Sunday the 16th around 3:30pm. She/They was asking a customer who just came into the shop had a mask or not. That customer suddenly snapped at her/them (face turned all red) and kept saying "You don't have the right to ask me that!". The staff member explained just letting her/them know if they were exempt. However, that customer ignored her and repeated herself and stormed into the shop. The staff member was very polite and professional the whole time and I felt bad for her that she/they had to deal with rude customer(s) who didn't care about covid measurement and not respecting others. Also well done Uniqlo to check with customers.

Love the Japanese Uniqlo! Great location, large store set over multiple levels. Lots of awesome, interesting quality clothes at very good prices. I did find some things hard to find in store vs website but mainly due to being distracted by other items. Due sheer volume and variety, they seem to specialise in knitwear and coats. About a 3-1 ratio women's to men's items. Very fast checkout, no queues, just place your clothes in the checkout bin and all items added instantly. The single width escalators are cute but maybe not ideal for a very wide person. 👍

The labels were all over the place. As an example, one pair of chinos had a price tag that said it had a 32 waist and 30 length. However, there was a sticker on it that said 36 waist 34 length. Another example is a pair of chinos I tried on. It said it was slim fit but when I tried it on it was regular fit.

Had such a lovely experience shopping in UniQlo. Went to buy some essentials ended up buying a few more items than expected. Service was exceptional from staff and they were able to answer questions and look for items quickly and attentively. I like the layout of the store & especially love the self checkout system in the shop feels like I'm shopping in the future! It automatically picks up your items in the basket. Was really impressed! Will definitely be visiting again! Would recommend especially with the quality & longevity of clothing!

One of the top 3 Uniqlo I have visited (with the Ginza flagship store in Tokyo and New York on 5th Avenue). Comprehensive selection of the usual Uniqlo apparel including the famous Ultra Light Down jacket and parka. Structured over four floors and there is also a basement and a roof top which I haven't visited. Plenty of choices here. A must go for Uniqloers! (?) Waiting for Uniqlo to open in Italy...

Pros: All inclusive with excellent service. It has an amazing beach upfront though i wont recommend swimming in it. One of the guest got stung by a baby sting ray. Cons: There are are several resturants for dinner however they are always reserved and getting a table is a nightmare. The ones that do buffet have sub par quality food. I tired ordering room service but they forgot the order and the 2nd time they said it will take over an hour.

I had a terrible experience with a cashier who was extremely rude. There was an issue with the payment machine and she couldn’t fix it, so decided to get stroppy with the customers instead! I offered to pay cash but in this particular store they don’t accept cash payments... Eventually, once the manager “solved” the issue I ended up being double charged for the same bill, which I had to chase back through the Uniqlo head office a month later. The head office were very helpful to be fair, and I still like the quality and price point of their clothes. So hopefully just a singular bad experience, rather than Uniqlo generally.

Size is unreliable so I recommend to visit shop and trying on. Otherwise good value for money ( except cashmere). Cashmere used to be good price but at the moment all competitors do have cashmere jumpers so I found them not so attractive. Size can be very baggy or too small or too short, if you find something to fit your size, you are very lucky. Merino wool jumpers are great but again size varies a lot, sometimes too small and short, sometimes too wide. Mens socks are good value and lasted quite long when I bought them previously. They model changes and change sizes often ( like jeans) so again even you bought something from last season and fit you good, I still recommend to try on before buying one for new season's item. Covid era, we buy things more online. Be aware, Uniqlo online , you cannot return goods for free without a printer. So if you do not have a printer at home ( if you are working from home), be very careful what to buy, otherwise you need to pay postage twice ( buy and return).

Great brand for warm and cozy clothing that doesn't sacrifice style. Their base layers (the clothes sold in flat plastic packaging) are so soft, breathable, and comfortable. Their heat teach jean/jegging pants are super comfortable and even though they don't have long sizes, they fit me quite well (I normally need my pants in long sizes) and are extremely comfy. Their sweaters are so soft and cozy I wear them nearly every day now that its cold outside.

Flagship uniqlo store, there are 4 floors with one of the floors for kids and baby. They should stock every item they sell in every size available. I've never had a problem finding what I want in my size or for kids. Each floor has changing rooms including a large accessible one. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for many years and can say (as a senior retail executive with 30+ years international experience) that this is one of the best, value for money, well designed, democratic and affordable ready to wear brands available globally. They carry a fantastic range of mono-products (basic garment range) and a good range of fashionable items for both men & women. Great staff, great payment facilities, good merchandising and stock availability. I'd like to see Uniqlo improve their merchandising in the undergarment sections with less use of plastic hangers.

Before coming here, everything in my life was black and white. Then Uniqlo showed me what colours truly are. It's so nice to see them and especially if they are all well organised, packed and neatly labeled. They seem too be too much into turtle necks. Please bring back some mustard chinos. A bit too crowded, but maybe they are all here to see the wonderful arrangement of colours and professional heat retaining clothing lines.

Massive store over five floors, stocks nearly everything that Uniqlo sells. Tip when buying is to avoid the ground floor tills, as refunds and returns are also done but there's only one queue, user the lower ground floor tile instead. If you are on the ground floor and want to queue, listen out to the staff as you can normal skip the queues as most people are in it as they are waiting to do returns.

It also delivers a number of collaboration for more original pieces while keeping a reasonable price tag. It's my favourite place to shop clothes and the Bond Street flagship store has 4 floors of gear!

UNIQLO is a really cool and trendy brand, so this store gives off a cool and trendy vibe. They have tons of sale racks and budget options, but nothing there is tremendously expensive anyway. Think H&M, only more structured toward basics and Asian street styles. This particular store has multiple floors and a good flow to the shopping experience. It's a fun place to "window shop" even if you don't plan on buying anything - though you probably will, since the prices are so good.

This store appeared small at first, but then I realised it had 4 floors. It's actually very big! I personally find the clothes here to be rather plain but they have a 'UT' range which has a lot of character. I bought my sister one such shirt which had a pretty Japanese garden print on it. It said it was a large on the label but it came up small and turned out to be the perfect fit for her. I'd say it was the equivalent of a UK size 8. Anime and manga fans are well catered for here.

This place is a bit of a maze and I ended up in there for an hour shopping but got everything I needed. I love the various UT collections here, the prints are great and their prices are very reasonable for the quality!

I know a lot of people write this, but I genuinely don't write reviews very often. However, I felt the need to share my experience with Uniqlo recently because they genuinely exceeded my expectations, especially as I was dealing with another logistics company (that claim to be big global logistics provider) in parallel to this experience and were awful with their B2C comms and I have actually recommended to the online retailer never to use them again! I recently bought a polo pique t-shirt in one of Uniqlo's Hong Kong branches, now I rarely have any dealings with Uniqlo as I don't live near one in the UK. I have bought some items online via their UK site and have always had a pretty reliable and solid experience. Anyway, I bought this t-shirt in HK, and the next day I flew back to the UK, so I hadn't worn the shirt. Upon return I washed the t-shirt (before wearing) and I followed all the normal care instructions, and the t-shirt came out discoloured (went from pink to purple). I was a bit concerned by this, so I decided to try and inform Uniqlo about this but not with any intention of claiming any compensation. I emailed them via their UK website, they came back to me but wasn't really able to help as the UK website only dealt with online sales. Admittedly the email I got back was incredibly textbook and gave me information that was not very useful, anyway, they did give me the email address for Uniqlo's HK customer service. I proceeded to email them and they came back to me after a few days (again, I did feel their response time was a little slow, but they do advertise a 5 business day response time so my expectations were managed from that respect). Their HK customer service came back and asked me some very specific questions around the item such as product number, photographic evidence of the fault, receipt, size and colour, and my telephone number. I was a bit surprised by the last request as I didn't expect them to call me. They did indeed call me after receiving my email (the next day I believe), unfortunately as I was at work and in meetings I wasn't able to take the call, they left me a voicemail and followed up with an email requesting for a convenient time to call. And right on time, they called me at exactly the time I gave them to resolve this matter. The HK rep was incredibly apologetic, very polite and pleasant to deal with. She explained their policy, and gave me a couple of options to resolve the matter; refund or replacement product. She was very honest and encouraged me to take a refund as if I took a replacement product and the same thing happened again it would be inconvenient for me to get it resolved again. So I opted for the refund and she explained the next steps to collect my details and arrange for a refund. Given that I had returned to the UK with the item, I feel that in this instance Uniqlo had dealt with my issue very well. Now, I have only given them 4 stars because I'm still waiting for the rep to email me about the refund. Nonetheless, the experience up until now has warranted this review. I don't know if this is regional thing and HK are particularly up there in terms of their customer experience, but Uniqlo are a global brand and they really have proved that in this instance. I can think of a few retail companies that would just ignore this sort of matter and would spend their fobbing me off. Thank you Uniqlo HK and I look forward to hearing from your rep regarding the refund.
