Today I was in UO oxford street. There was a top I would get a smaller size so I asked Giada at till to help with. She was very friendly and patient to check all colours and sizes for me. Without luck to find a smaller size, she suggested different beautiful colour but realised there is no stock in the store. So she helped me to put in address in the computer( very patiently, kindly and sweet). In the end I didn’t have a physical card to pay, she hand-wrote down the item for me to look up on-line store. I love urban and shop online from there all the time but this was quite a disappointment. The shop was very messy and things were difficult to locate.

Visited before the lockdown. Flagship store on Oxford Street, close to Oxford Circus station. The brand has a hipster style design with a mixture of products like fashion (men and women), beauty, shoes, living and vinyl records. Has a couple of floors with a nice interior, helpful and friendly staff if you ask. Sure it has to fit to your style, but when it does, then you will enjoy it to shop here. Different to the US stores.

One of the very few Urban outfitters outside of the United States. Due to its close proximity to Oxford Circus this is an extremely busy store however it has some fantastic clothes for younger people (my kids) on top of the clothes they also have a very nice selection of pop culture toys and candies et cetera. A very good brand and I hope to see more of them in the United Kingdom

After topshop/topman going to "asos", one of the only "respectable" stores left on Oxford Street is left. Its a store that offers a wide range of styles for men and women and everyone in between!! the new staff(aug 2021) are beyond friendly and are willing to go the extra mile and run about the store rather than say "out of stock" trust the OXFORD STREET store to deliver a top notch service. Trust the workers. even if it takes them a good 5 mins, they will help you the best they can!!!

I ordered some swimsuits online and visited the shop to collect it. Customer service was great and staff were friendly. Straight after I collected my order I definitely went to the changing room to try them on and did they fit like a glove. I loved the swimsuit it was a coral colour which definitely complimented my skin tone and the fabric was amazing. This was my first ever time ordering or even shopping from urban outfitters and I must say it won’t be my last. They sell really nice stuff.

Your standard, large Urban Outfitters store. As anyone who shops at Urban will know, it's quite pricey, but there's definitely something there for everyone. I would define their main clothing styles as "indie"/vintage/grunge/y2k (that said, it's wannabe indie, so if you're trying to be quirky by shopping at Urban... Not gonna work). As of October 2020, the fitting rooms are not open due to COVID-19. Face masks are mandatory in store, of course.

I always come here when in London. They offer a really good service . and i like the styles. I used to go to the one on Oxford street but now i like this one even . more since it's bigger and offers a better selection of styles. This shop appeals to young women, hence, visited with my daughter. It is a chaotic shop, very crowded and no one to help around. Quite a journey to climb up to changing rooms , nowhere to sit while waiting and self check-out does not work. Again no one to assist. The long queue at the tills completes this rather unpleasant experience.

I love this store, there is everything that you need - from clothes to furniture. One week ago I have been there to buy a present to my friend. I had no idea what to buy, but the saleswoman advised me to take a gift card.That was a good idea. But I wanted something more...Decided to take one book. Urban outfitters is always one of my go-to shops for new clothing. It’s lovely modern designs and pieces make it attractive to younger audiences. The small areas with little bits and bobs are great to get you inspired and give you a laugh. The staff were very friendly and professional and handled my items very well. Quality control however, might be a slight issue. I purchased a lovely fur cagoule for £60 but it came with a large rip in the arm which I had to fix. Very disappointing so I would definitely double check items when making purchases.

Asked the staff if they could find something for me in a large, she didn't seem happy to oblige and when she came back just walked past me without the clothes I had given her. Woman in changing rooms was also really rude to my mum. Absolutely love the clothes in urban and usually the staff are lovely but dropped one star for this experience

Great shop, love the fashion even if it is on the expensive side. But here is not about the fashion but around the house and personal stuff too, they are big on headphones and their unusual fashion. Don't get too carried away other wise you'll be lost in the clothes.

I used to buy clothes when they fit me, when the colour is acceptable or when there is a discount. But now, I'm devoted to my own style and I only purchase particular items. From Urban Outfitters I bought some accessories. If you want to be attractive, I think there you will find the needed clothes.

Members of staff are obviously tired and stressed out, so are not so keen on providing the best costumer service. Yet the lovely young lady by the name of Maria was very friendly and helpful at finding my desired item. I really appriciate a good effort at stores that are this busy.

I will always love Urban Outfitters but this store in particular isn't spectacular. In order to get to the main collections of clothes you have to trek upstairs and then even further up the building to try on. For the lazy shopper this is not ideal.

Seem to have a very limited selection of stuff compared to what's online, especially in homeware. Jewellery section is excellent, if overpriced, and tends to move to a different section of the store each week or dissappear entirely, which is annoying.

Hier findet man auch auf jeden Fall Urlaubsmitbringsel für Leute, die etwas quirligere Sachen mögen. Wenn Sale ist, lohnt es sich sehr - nur leider sind dann auch viele Kleidungsstücke schon ganz schön mitgenommen, weil immer sehr viele Leute im Laden sind und etwas achtlos mit allem umgehen. Dank Self-Checkouts kann man seine Einkäufe nun etwas schneller bezahlen; normale Kassen gibt es aber auch noch.
