Disappointing. Didn't discover Victoria's secret no matter how hard I looked. The staff were very annoyed with me. They kept trying to sell me bras instead but I was convinced it was a test to put me off the trail of the eponymous secret. Apparently Heidi Klum has a clue to the secret tattooed on her thigh but you need to speak the password before she'll show it to you. The search continues.

First time visiting a Victoria Secrets and was impressed with the size of the store and the selection of products they stock from musky perfumes to bags that have hanging hooks inside them. The store has 2 floors and visiting the 2nd floor is less congested with people or hardly any staff. It was much peaceful to walk around without making awkward eye contact with others who are holding underwear with holes in the front. Strange world.

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Wheelchair accessibility through out store, lifts where needed however disabled changing room its quite hard to get into especially for bigger wheelchairs going through the small door is the main problem but other then that a great store.

It is a beautiful store with great displays and a certain amount of logic put into finding your stuff. It is tho not very man friendly the seating areas quickly fill up and free wifi is not available throughout the store. That being said they offer great quality products combined with a unique shopping experience.

This is my favourite PINK store in London! Really stocked up in sizes and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Megan in particular had helped me shape up my body with an outfit for working out/yoga that I would never choose. She knew what was suitable for my bodyshape and taught me how to put the bralaces in a way it could hold up my beauties without feel pain on my shoulders and back! . Really suggest any woman who wants quality, fashion and feel like wearing underwear-that fit as glove to come to PINK in Westfield Sheperds Bush and ask for MEGAN!!! Thank you 😁❤️

Located in White city Westfield shopping centre clothing all over the place but sectioned well so very unorganised with good range of ladies underwear and perfumes good pricing but look out for offers. If you are looking for bargains don't go but very good for gift's for the ladies stuff usually helpful

Great store, sizes mostly seem to be small and medium it's a struggle to find a size large in clothing and underwear, the display items of underwear are in small and meduim so you have to basically get on the floor to search the drawers for a size large, often mixed with other sizes and all quite messy

The merchandise is displayed like works of art, whether it's on the mannequins or just lying flat on a bench. What's not to like ! Beautiful colours and textures. My worries about memory foam padding were put to rest by an extremely helpful assistant who proudly pointed out lighter, models elsewhere explaining the different ranges. The shop is discreetly lit with pools of light over the products rather than overhead yet not gloomy. I imagine men would find shopping here less intimidating than the bright lights of most department stores where you can't escape notice ! Even though l wasn't measured l was assessed as a B cup and lm wearing A s. Hmmm.

What's there not to like about Victoria's Secret ;-) ...The only thing I will say is that I find the Victoria Secret in the UK to be pricier than Victoria Secret in the U.S if you were to compare the prices using same currency...USD ... this is no fault if theirs and it's typical of several stores in the U.K because the Pounds Sterling is s stronger currency than U.S Dollar...Overall I still live VS :-)
