Been here a few times recently returning items and needing help with different sizes, and the ladies behind the counter are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to help/reorder/source correct sizes, lovely and chatty, you do pay a little extra in next but the quality and assistance makes it all worth it. Thank you

New Mamas & Papas store that was opened in Next is extra tiny. Not much stock. Most of I wanted to buy they didn’t have in store, so ended up ordering online. Not sure what was the point of opening this super small branch. Ladies at the till are too slow.

I've been to this Next twice recently. The first time it was quiet and it was nice to wander round and see a lovely range of furniture and home items. I purchased a dress and my mum purchased some jeans. We also had lunch in the Costa inside, which was out of stock on some strange things. This was a few months ago. On 31st December, I visited with my partner. It was really quite busy, but the shop wasn't overrun, the car park isn't big enough or laid out well. There was a confusing layout with little signage. Hardly any cushions or frames, couldn't find any address books or soap dishes, but an extraordinary amount of lighting. Stock levels seemed odd and the Bed, Bath and Beyond department etc seems to be more important now. Lots of upstairs and downstairs homeware areas were blocked off. The lady at the till in the downstairs homeware section acted a bit strangely. She didn't tell me the price, but asked if I was paying cash or card. Spoke really quietly and when I asked her to repeat, she looked at me like I had 3 heads! Strange experience overall.

Use this store on a regular basis and have not had any problems, always feels to have sufficient staff. Recently purchased two sofa's from here too - Avril was great, helpful and not pushy in anyway for further sales. Thanks for your help

Great store, very clean and bright, a good range of home goods as well as clothes and the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Fitting rooms are nice and large and the attendants there are brilliant and are always happy to go and get you a different size to try on if clothes don't fit. They also do some of their furniture range including 3 piece suites and fitted kitchens. Loads of free parking and the whole store and car park are wheel chair friendly.

Fantastic store offering the full range of Next items from women, men and children's clothing to home decor, soft furnishings and kitchen wear to furniture and lights. There are facilities available including a Costa coffee shop so you can shop in comfort and take a break when needed. The shop is well ventilated with air conditioning in the summer. Escalators and lifts provide access to the top floor. There is ample parking on site.

Good store, convenient location as its just off the motorway. Plenty of free parking. The Costa used to be really good, but after a recent visit this has gone really down hill. The staff in the coffee shop couldn't manage to make a Flat White, bit disappointed.

Lovely shop, spread out over 2 floors with an escalator and lift. Aisles are plenty big enough for prams/wheelchairs. Staff are always friendly and very helpful, always willing to order stuff in for you, give advise and even get you a different size from the shop floor if you're in the changing rooms. There's also a coffee shop and toilet. There's only one downside for me and that is that I can't get anything for my 13 year old son in store, I have to order everything online or at the shop and pick it up or have it delivered. The saleswoman has said that they don't hold 13 years and upwards clothes in store so it has to be done this way which is a bit of a nuisance for me but I guess not much of a problem if you're more organised than I am!

Today I was looking for some new bedding didn't know quite what I wanted however was drawn to a beautiful duvet displayed on a bed. Couldn't find it on the shelf however an assistant came over and gave excellent service and ordered it plus helped me choose matching accessories .to have personal service like this these days is rare so well done Next. Expressed.

A great store with a large range and free parking. The store is split over two levels and has womens, mens and children's clothing along with homeward, a reasonably large Costa and Virgin Holidays store within. We visited in the first day of their sale and it was busy, particularly in the car park. Plenty of staff around and the queues weren't too long

Nice home department. Lovely selection of items. Spoilt for choice. One or two staff members not wearing masks. I don't know what the reason for that was. Often its asthma. I am asmathic myself but its controlled by inhalers so like thousands of other sufferers, I don't find wearing a mask a problem myself but perhaps other people do.

parking can be a bit limited. Shop has a good range of products. Bought bedding from here but was not that impressed with the quality.. soon looked 'old'. Has a lot of nice looking products so worth a visit.

When I found a member of staff she was friendly and helpful. And gave me a couple of swatches to take away for my daughter who is soon to set up her own home. I found the store airy and comfortable and saw two items that I would come back to the store for another look. Only my finances at the moment, are preventing me from purchasing. ☺

This particular Next store is great, with plenty of selection and even customer toilets. Unfortunately, what lets it down is the parking; there's just not enough spaces for the number of people who want to come to shop there. If you want to park, the key is to come very early (i.e just before it opens) or late in the afternoon when it's a lot quieter. It's nuts.

Lovely and air conditioned worth a visit just to be cool in this heatwave. Also there is a friendly Costa also with air con so a great place to shop and have a cuppa in a cool coffee shop. The only minus is the awfully loud alarms that keep going off on the front doors and doors leading to the loos

Love this store as it is so convenient and well-stocked. The Costa is always packed and just as good as one on the highstreet. The paperchase is always well-stocked and the whole store has a welcome vibe. Would’ve give it 5 stars but can be very understaffed and the women who work for Virgin are very loud, I was on the other side of the store and I could hear them shouting and laughing so much that I couldn’t hear the person who I was shopping with. But apart from that I am very impressed.

Not enough staff to receive decent level of service on this night. Food was ok, but struggled to get replacement drinks and a few refinements were missing (no plate to make up my fajitas on... and lack of cutlery). I was cold and ate my dinner with my coat on... this was due to activity in and out of the main door. One thing that put me off from the start was some previous food debris on the menus... food really was alright, with a good selection for adults and kids... the restaurant decor looks ok too. 6 out of 10 for toilet facilities... (again, probably due to lack of staff..)

A large branch of Next with both home and clothing sections as well as an in-shop Costa. Service was fast and polite and the store immaculately clean. It can be a bit of a struggle to find a parking space at the weekends.

An out of town store with a good selection of clothing and home goods. Plenty of free parking and good access from the M20 and from Maidstone town. The only point for improvement us the Costa coffee shop, the service is so slow.

Large store on two levels. It has a Costa coffee inside also. Has a large homeware and furniture department on top of the full range of women's, men's, kids and shoes you would expect. It's open later than the rest of Maidstone which is very helpful! Toilets upstairs in menswear.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The staff are amazing and are willing to do anything to make ur stay better The room are clean and are cleaned almost everyday The pool and the Jacuzzi are very nice and the gym is also good I would recommend this place to a family of as many children, and a family without children it doesn't matter because this branch is absolutely Marvellous

For a big store they lack in size selection . The staff are also more concerned with chatting than providing customer service. Picture this.. 4 members of staff at the cash desk, one on the phone, one fiddling with hanger cubes and two just having a chat whilst I'm waiting to pay!!!! Frustrating!!!!! Yes??

Lovely store and good location right next to M20 junction 7. But on a Saturday it is a big struggle to find parking as its not a large parking lot. Weekdays it is fine to find parking.

This is a fairly big NEXT, but to be honest doesnt offer much more than any of the other out of town stores that have the 'Home' area. Parking is available at the front and along side, it can get busy...!
