I really like the ambience of this store, the staff are very helpful. The place has a great look and feel......and smells heavenly 😁 Little details like the changing room light settings and phone charging points show thought and attention to detail. Sales racks are right at the back 👍

I visited the Trafford Centre store last night while out christmas shopping, i have never noticed this store before, being a guy that wears XXXL clothes i thought i would make sure they done this size, so asked the girl behind the counter whether they do size "triple fat" her response was great. and then advised me that their sizes are generous as they are an American company and the sizes are generally bigger. that being told off i went, i seen some lovely clothes which i will be back for, while leaving i noticed the aftershave section, so went to have a sniff. "Lucy O" the sales advisor i initially spoke to was there to help out, not pushy in any way, chatty and approachable, her customer service skills are by far some of the best i have ever come across. i will be returning soon for a the clothes that took my fancy. great place and great customer service of which i received anyway. I want to the sales after boxing day. I was approached by Junaid a customers advisor who told me what's on sale and filled me in with the what's on sales and percentage off. I was looking at boxer shorts, so he guide me through them and advise me on them. He also showed me a range of underwear online on his electronic portal and what's on sale. I found two pairs of men's underpants, on sale for more than half the price and Polo T-shirt and Long Sleeve T-Shirts on sale which were suitable for me. He told me about the quality and return policy if you weren't happy with the product. I found four bargain items at the sale price, which were suitable for me and purchased them on the online portal and paid in-store. Junaid was really good and friendly, professional and provided all the support needed to make an informed decision. He was really helpful. He also showed us around the new fancy changing room, where you can control the lighting system, music volume and charge your phone. Junaid was excellent, made my shopping experience 9/10. I just have to see if the clothing lives up to the quality standard and fits well which is on the A&F design and quality team.

I've bought most of my jackets,tops and t-shirts from A&F for the last 20 yrs in either in the USA or the recently closed flagship London shop.Unfortunately they seem to have lost their identity and are no longer the unique shop they always were.In particular the main colours seem to be modelled on the rather dull ones that prevail in shops like Fat Face and others.I shopped at A&F because they were different! As always staff remain friendly and helpful.

This is my new go to brand I love the clothing and the qauilty is the best i have had yet. You do pay a little more than other brands for the good quailty of clothing you get in return. I would reccomend to anyone who is looking for good high quaility clothing. I would recommend the t-shirts, sweaters and hoodies. This store also has very helpful and freindly staff.

I and my family been to the show room today and we’ve been pleased by the personnel they were very apologetic after the accident that happened for my little daughter thankfully nothing happened to her. We would like to give our special thanks to the management and the personnel who’s noticed the incident very seriously and care about their customers health and safety. We went into this store and immediately we were greeted by a lovely man who told us about the app. There was a friendly lady too in the store. It felt genuine and very unobtrusive. If you're buying online in the UK beware. If you need to return anything and you use their return label it will cost you £9.00!! They will take this amount straight off your refund. Rip off! Will not be placing another order with them.
