Amazing experience. A business that has done an epic job at marketing their brand. The girls and shop assistants are wonderful, so helpful, kind and friendly. Every time I come here I love it! 5* isn't enough! Had a really awful experience getting re-sized at Boux Avenue so went to Ann Summers hoping to have a better service and it was amazing from start to finish. All the staff were amazing particularly Debbie who fitted me, such a lovely girl and had me sorted after trying on two bras. Such a swift and efficient service. Afterwards we spent some time talking about toys with Andrea, who was hilarious. She was super informative and listened to our needs and helped us find what was perfect. Spent hours in store and loved it, genuinely turned what was previously the day from hell around. Will definitely be back soon :)

Very good selection and extensive, something for everyone and plenty of new ranges esp in ladies lingerie that other branches lack very buisy shop both of us spent somd time here staff helpful informative and a... Good sense of humour!!! We both had a good laugh after all shopping in here is supposed to be fun

The customer service at this store was great! Nina did a bra fitting and was so friendly and gave really good suggestions. Even though it was busy and three other girls were asking for her help she didn't keep any of us waiting which is super impressive! Ellie at the desk was also really friendly and personable. Love the bras for £10! I never find bras for that price in my size! Amazing!

Very nice staff,very helpful, however the product which I purchased £50 was bad quality as the battery can't running it to long to get a pleasure from it... my advice for enyone who plan to buy a toy check on what type batteries it is running.
