I'd been looking for a decent coat for dog walking for ages. Fed up buying coats that make you as wet on the inside as you are on the outside! Finally decided to get a Barbour and couldn't be happier. Keeps wind and rain out and doesn't turn into a sauna. Expensive but well worth it!

Fantastic Service! The staff in this store couldn't be more helpful or better trained. I was looking for a new waterproof coat and found the staff really knew their products. They offered to order in a style which they don't normally stock for me to try on at no obligation to buy. Then when I was trying a coat on I explained that I would probably normally wear a jumper under a winter coat and straight away the sales assistant offered for me to try one of their jumpers on with the coat, I hadn't thought of this myself. I actually really liked the jumper too and may well return in winter to buy the jumper so great up-selling from the sales person. I decided on a really nice Juke wax jacket and the staff asked if I had owned a wax jacket before. They explained how to care for the jacket and offered me the option of purchasing wax for the jacket and re - waxing myself or they offered to send it off for me to the factory to be rewaxed at a very reasonable £30. They also gave me some useful information about the type of wax used and how to tell when the jacket is ready to be rewaxed. I left the shop feeling very pleased with my purchase and reassuringly appreciated by the Barbour Brand. I now own 2 jackets, a hat and umbrella and will definitely be back to buy more of his lovely clothing! Highly Recommended!

Ive got a couple of wax jackets, numerous other jackets, shirts, polos etc etc. My wife has Barbour, even my dog has two jackets plus collar, harness and bandana. Love the stuff.

It's disappointing that the full range is not on display. At least one example of everything I expected, not necessarily in all sizes. And the staff had to go on line to discover the product I wanted! A wasted trip.
