After being a number of shops for my Daughters prom dress this one way by far the best!! The lady went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress nothing was to much trouble,we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying, the whole experience was a dream if I could give this shop 10 stars I would ! Highly recommended and very reasonable prices thanks you so much pictures to follow x

They have good selection of dresses but this store feels more like a prom type of shop rather then a wedding dress shop which me and my friend were looking for

I took my daughter to Pastiche in May looking for a prom dress. The choice was amazing. She picked out 5 dresses to try. The lady was very helpful and friendly. My daughter struggled to get one dress on and the lady helped immediately and fastened it up properly. The lady offered different colours in a dres which my daughter loved. Resulting in the perfect dress for her. The dress wasn't cheap but its amazing. Our experience was wonderful and it was altered and delivered to our door. Thank you Pastiche Couture. I have recommended you to all my friends and family for future proms xxx

I had an emergency and needed a dress ASAP due to the one I ordered not arriving! I phoned in the morning and was reassured I’d find a dress! The lady spent hours with me, patiently helping me find a dress for my graduation ball that was THE NEXT DAY. She picked out a gorgeous dress and it was the one I left with. My night felt special and I felt amazing in the dress! I can’t thank them enough!

I had an excellent experience here! Jane was very attentive and was able to source a Sherri Hill dress that was unavailable everywhere else I looked. I was able to try on loads of dresses and take pictures (which a few other dress shops wouldn't let me do) and there was no pressure from sales assistants to buy. The whole experience was pleasurable and I would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for a show-stopping dress for any occasion.

I have ordered two dresses from here in the past and both have surpassed my expectations. Two years ago I bought a Sherri hill dress from here, for less than half the usual price. I am always a bit dubious about buying online but my dress was perfect. When I needed another dress this year, I knew where to come. The dress I bought was even better than in the pictures, and I paid for Standard post which came within three days. I would definitely recommend pastiche couture.

I used the website and bought 2 beautiful Sherri Hill dresses. However I then got an email telling me both were out of stock - despite the website claiming they were in stock! Therefore I would suggest using the website with caution. However, if there is a dress you want the customer service is very good and they will help look for something else which may be good, or not even on the website. Definitely better to just email them directly about any dresses. I was lucky enough that they did have a dress I really liked in stock, so overall the experience was good.

Excellent service from start to finish, my daughter fell in love with a dress but had her heart set on a particular colour, was no problem as Pastiche ordered in that colour with 6 weeks to deliver. Pastiche Couture are extremely helpful, took my measurements and requirements over the phone and sent me links to photos of dresses they had in stock. They posted out the ones I wanted to try within an hour! I found a fabulous dress which fitted like a glove. Very highly recommend this boutique.

SO SO glad I found this shop. I have been to a million other dress shops and received nothin but poor service and staff who had no idea what they were doing. The manager and her team couldn't have made me feel more welcome. I was unsure of my size so they measured me to make sure we got the right fit. I was in the shop for what felt like hours as there is literally hundreds of styles to choose from. I was in heaven! I finally decided on a Sherri Hill number and they ordered a brand new dress in for me and it arrived 1 week later. Honestly seamless from start to finish. The staff are knowledgable about every designer they stock and can tell you colours and and prices off the top of their head. No matter how busy the shop got i never felt like they were too busy to help me. A customer for life!

I came in last minute trying to find a dress for a family event. There was 100s of dresses in store to chose from however they didn't have the colour I wanted so the staff wasted no time in ordering the colour and size I wanted. Fantastic service.I bought a Sherri hill dress elsewhere from a Sherri hill authorised supplier and had problems with the dress,(it wasn't new !)Also had problems with their service and had to get a refund. I then found pastiche couture in machester, Jane managed to find the same dress for me,so i placed an order over the phone and have just received it today via their postage service and it's 100% new and perfect, well packaged too. Very happy customer, don't hesitate to buy from here and would definitely be my first choice to buy from in the future.Thanks Jane.

Negatives would be that we made an appointment but this seemed to matter little as we ended up waiting a very long time for a changing room - I know it was really busy but it all seemed a bit chaotic and not an entirely pleasurable experience. The website also asks you to make a wish list but there was no reference to this so that was a bit of a wasted exercise . I hate to say it but I felt that we (my daughter) didn't get any attention or advice/guidance from the staff either and I thought that the assistant was a little on the shall we say 'serious' side - Im sure this was nothing to do with the dress we chose being one of the cheaper ones. On the plus side there is a wide range of stock in the shop with some very beautiful gowns and I was pleasantly surprised that there was more variance in prices than I thought there would be from looking at the website . Despite the comments above, I would recommend this shop for prom dresses - we did buy a very beautiful dress for a great price which my daughter was delighted, so pleased in that respect.
