I love this store , reasonable prices , in budget buying to cover your whole family . Variety and so many options really makes your day worthwhile during your shop in this store !😊 You can buy men , woman and children clothing in this store . They sell luguage bags as well which is so awesome !! Great prices and you can dig in what you like the best on you 🙂 You can get night dresses to lingere , undergarments , socks , shirts , pants , belts , jackets , t-shirts and every single thing in this store . There is a cafe with the name central perk that was in FRIEND'S series . Love that . But it is closed at the moment due to covid . Hair related stuff is available in variety as in everything regarding like hair pins , rollers , brushes, blow dry stuff etc. Love shopping here , very nice store .❤

It’s okay but it’s not particularly disability friendly. I suffer with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Autism and I have problems with my hips which means leaving the house is a pretty big thing for me. When we got to Primark we found the things I needed fairly quickly but the queues were incredibly long and there was no way so would have been able to stand for that long. There never seems to be enough staff on the tills. My partner had to queue up while I sat on the sofas they have which would have been fine but then it was over taken by college/university students who all sat right next to me, this isn’t the fault of Primark but when I looked around there were floor staff that seemed to be doing very little. More staff need to be on the tills to speed the checking out process.

Not here on my own account, I expect my current wardrobe to largely outlive me. Long queues, tired looking staff, it's not the shop for me. However we did find what we wanted pretty quickly enabling most of the time in the shop being queue time.

Leaving this review for the wonderful staff at this store, specifically Jay. I dislocated my knee in the store and the staff there saw to that I was safe, calm and comfortable until the paramedics and ambulance arrived! Thank you for all of your help during an embarrassing and painful situation! 😂❤️

Located in the heart of Manchester, I found this Primark to have very kind and caring staff. My partner had hired a shop mobility scooter as he couldn’t get around very well on his feet, and one staff member told him that next time all he had to do was go to the disabled till and if it wasn’t manned, someone would come over to help. This really touched me. We grabbed some great bargains as always here. Nice and wide for a mobility scooter to get around. Can’t wait to come back to Manchester again.

Love the store, however with covid prices like everywhere else have gone up on alot of things.....Manchesters branch doesn't seem to stock much in the bigger sizes like some smaller ones (which I thought would have been the other way round). However they do stock a lot of various things unlike other branches. Also the fact they now have seats for a rest is great however, it would be nice if there was an area or 2 on each floor, I recently underwent spinal surgery & have had nerve damage from the surgery so I'm unable to stay on my feet for very long, (which yes is a me problem, but I'm not the only bordering disabled person that visits) I had to send my husband to the checkouts because the 40 minute wait was killing my back. Again yes that's a mw problem, but there was staff stood chatting to each other & not doing anything, they could have opened more tills to get through quicker.

This city centre Primark knocks socks off the ones in local towns. If you go early enough you can avoid the crowds and browse in relative comfort. Till queues are also shorter. Clothes are inexpensive and there is an attempt to be more ethical in terms of materials.

Primark is your go-to if you're low on cash, and don't mind that the clothes are made in sweat shops. It does get busy, particularly from around 11/12 and stays busy until 7, the weekends even more packed.

It has gotten very busy lately even in the mornings. The queues are enormous. The clothes and pyjamas are lovely though. You can pick up something for work or casual or for leisure wear.

Fantastic place to shop especially if you're on a budget. No one needs to walk round scruffy with these prices. Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much. A pair of boots £20 and they don't even look cheap. Well worth a visit.

Today we decided to go for some baby clothes shopping and thought to go to Primark for a random check. I was surprised to see the massive Disney collection. We bought loads of Disney clothes for the baby. They also have a small cafe called Central Perk and it was packed to capacity. I saw a long queue outside the cafe. We couldn't go inside but I managed to take some images. Overall good shopping experience.

First time in this actual store, I was looking for long sleeve shirt and pants for an interview. I was shocked at even though its a large shop. The section where shirts, ties, pants etc is very small. not much choice even harder to find an item in the correct size ( for me anyway) to ad insult to injury the Queue at the till was VERY long on 4 cashiers when approx. 50 people waiting. Obviously as i finally got to the end of the queue more till opened up. Typical. :-)

Large store, checkouts on every floor, generally tidy and great cashiers. However sections were at times difficult to navigate, mens are with the children's and home doesn't think to include its brand items such as Disney! Seeing a mock central perk was a nice surprise though!!

Very busy today 13th December. I had to wait 20minutes to pay. Noticed a lot of people were not abiding by the government rules to wear a face covering but security on the door was not approaching them. You were just allowed to walk in without wearing a face covering.

I went shopping there yesterday, lots of choice, nice and tidy. There were huge queues but im actually 8 months pregnant and to my surprise a member of staff tapped me on the shoulder and offered to serve me. Absolutely delighted I didn't have to stand longer than needed, thank you so much!!! She was very sweet too. This is my 4th baby and I've never had a store or retail assistant be so caring about their customers. Thank you Primark Manchester. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Manchester Primark always feels crowded. People wander about bumping into you because they're looking for the thing they thought was over there when actually now it's over here. I doubt there is anyway to really combat the issue but with that many people in one place and no COVID checks....worrying

Good place to come for clothes when on a budget. Plenty of selection for men and women and children and I have found the quality to be actually pretty decent for the prices. Situated near trams, bus stops and train stations it is very easy to get to and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Inside when shopping I have always been treated with good customer service and there is always a good range of different menswear through out the year for reasonable prices.

Huge selection great prices , one of the biggest primark stores I have visited, has a cafe ( central perk) beauty salon and barber all inside also has many sub departments inside like a Disney and Harry potter department, has a lot more choices that other stores, though this is due to having a lot more floor space than others, there are some real opportunities for bargains if you look around, the quality is as good as you can expect for the price point,

Primark manchester cafe central perk. I bought my granddaughter a childs hot chocolate. Lady put extra milk in too cool it. However i was not watching my 4 year old and she took a large mouthful of drink and burnt her tongue . Lady on duty a 2.30 brought her a cold drink and some ice cream. And made her better. I want to thank this lovely lady for her kindness and for primark to recognise her kindness to customer's.

This store is a big one! It is also home to a Friends TV Show mecca with a Central Perk cafe with merchandise area outside along with a show cafe backdrop and sofa and chairs for great pics. Expect to wait to be seated at key times. Located just up the hill and accross the crossing on the opposite side from the Arndale Centre off the main pedestrian high street. It's a well laid out store with little sign of the 'jumble sale' mess that can frequent some Primark stores.

Store is generally maintained decently unless some cheeky customers simply play around with the nicely stacked clothes. Price ranges are remarkably value for money. Quality of the clothes are pretty good as well. Parking options are the main concern. I don't know if there are parking options here. Will check next time when I visit.

A lovely lady helped me and my sister. My sister is a type 1 diabetic and started having a hypo whilst we were in the queue. The lady took me out of the queue whilst my sister sat down somewhere and served me quickly to allow me to get her something to eat and drink to help her sugars. I never got her name but it was in the men's department downstairs and was around 10:20am. Thank you so much, you're a life saver ❤️

Very large (Largest in Manchester area) store with three floor building. Children and Men wear is in basement, ladies section is on ground floor and home, shoes and other items are on 1st floor. Quite reasonable priced and often quite trendy. Quality of cloths can be debatable but overall not too bad. Generally very busy on weekend but week days are relatively less busy. Close to the bus/tram stops and hence easily accessible with public transport.

Always been a fan of Primark in general but today i visited the Manchester store Central perk cafe and it was fantastic! Busy... very busy. Poor effort at social distancing, a large number of the younger clientele removed faces masks as soon as they passed the front door! The queue lines DO NOT allow 2 metre distancing in any aspect of the imagination, it's ok have 2 metre markers on the floor from the person in front, but the snake queue system then means your less than 0.5 of a metre away from the dozens of people queuing alongside in the next row. Not safe, not planned and lacking consideration from both staff and customers.

The only problem with the clothing would have to be the quality as it may break in the jeans or it may rip on the tops however they try to keep up with the fashion trends. They do this by taking ideas of designers brands and creating their own designs which they sell at their price.

Primark Wigan is a two story shopping centre, primark has a wide variety of departments which range from Womens clothing, Mens Clothing, Children's clothing, Primark also has amazing departments which include a Home department, Pet Department and also a Beauty department. The staff have a wide array of knowledge about each department and if you ever was to have any queries, you would definitely be able to get these resolved. The store is very spacious and the items are well placed and in order.

The place is kept clean, they've staff all around the clock (during open hours) sweeping, helping, and folding the clothes. There are lovely little sections inspired by different movies, most famously would be their FRIENDS (tv show) section which has a replica of the couch and cafe! It's extraordinary. My personal favourite though is the Harry Potter section, in which there's not only franchise-inspired clothing but also notebooks, pencils, figures, pillows, and some more. This Primark store has 3 floors, all very big, and there's a customer help desk on the bottom level for returns and whatnot. This store is definitely worth a go as it's cheap, very well-staffed, one of a kind, and kept very tidy.

Primark is a store you can get all fashion and beauty items at pocket friendly rates. They stick for men, women and children. Their stores are usually big with lifts and elevators to convey shoppers to the different floors. One thing I noticed is that their staff are very friendly and helpful. If you make an enquiry, they respond well to you and also walk you to the section you are looking for. They have toilets inside their stores whicu make it very convenient.

Primark is an overwhelming shopping experience, but cheap enough (for most things). Quality is fine. Checkout time is okay. NB: The following was for the men's clothing section (the cellar). It's hard to navigate and the different clothes types are not readily identifiable as you walk around, because a lot are laid flat. You also have to try sample smart/work shirts if you want sizes, rather than able to try the ones hung up. They do not have tape measures to help you. The quality of clothing has definitely improved from >3 years ago, and the prices on the whole are pretty low. Some clothing is surprisingly priced higher than you might expect, like underpants. Eg: Three pairs of underpants for £6.50, and one pair of jeans for £10 — you'd expect jeans to be more than that if underpants are going for that price. Primark seems to have improved the checkout times, having a higher throughput by having more groups of tills available. The whole experience is overwhelming because of how busy the shop can get, how cramped it feels in there, and how the clothing is crammed in. The changing rooms were very dark and oppressive.

Definitely one of the biggest Primarks around, sure to offer anything you could want in clothing. Love the addition of the central perk coffee shop and interesting to see the store adding beauty and hair treatments, give sit a little more "department" store vibe rather than the huge warehouse like retail experience of old. Good if you need to grab some essentials although as with any primark clothing sometimes the quality varies, a mixed bag all round.

I liked Primark so much... I was able to purchase support hose (knee high- type with reinforced bottom) these knee high stockings are so good for standing on my feet long hours. Primark is the only place I can buy them.
