Fantastic customer service! I was looking for a certain colour and style of shorts I'd seen earlier that day browsing. The store assistant went out of his way to find 3 different shorts similar to what I described. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was working the Tuesday shift around 6-7, either way kudos to him. Everyone in the store was lovely, including the cashier. Will defintely shop again.

I like the clothes at pull and bear, but my bad review is for the changing rooms. They were filthy and the only privacy was a small curtain that barely covers the cubicle. Do better!

Excellent Customer Service and Dream Settings of all products with manageable prices. Management must creat Green Cloud Sales Activities to attract more public, need some aggressive sales strategy to maintain financial cost. Great Experience...Love that all..

Fabulous clothing and accessories. I purchased about £100 worth of clothing for my daughter on our most recent visit - I was served by a young lady who was too busy to even say hello or goodbye (I said both) She was too busy speaking to her colleague in their own language (possibly spanish?) It was a shame that they couldn't be bothered with their customers. Please train your staff on customer service a bit more, your products are great !!! x

Clothes are very high quality, and have a decent price point to begin with. However when I was there, there was a sale on aswell, and I got some quality jeans for a great price. Fantastic store, and very underrated imo. If you are in the market for just some casual clothes, definitely worth checking out

Went in browsing for some summer clothes. The store is clean and bright, with lots of items to choose from. I was served by Norbert - a very professional and approachable guy, great customer service skills. Overall, really good store.

Pull & Bear offer (mostly) casual clothing for both men and women, at reasonable prices. We've never had any issues with the items, or the quality etc, but the only thing that stops me from giving a higher rating is the fact that regardless of the time of day, the store is always a bit of a mess, with items either on the floor, or strewn all over the table displays.

Just love pull and bear clothes. Jeans are a great buy at £20 and wash and last well. Bought many coats from pull and bear and will definitely be buying more.
