Very happy with Moss Bros MK. Tommy, measured us up and got us looking dapper for our best men duties. Absolutely first class service! Thank you Tommy! He even personally hand delivered our suits when they were ready, to the Bedford store as this is our local shop. I have to say, all aftercare service with Moss Bros has been absolutely terrific. Had the pleasure of meeting the new Store Manager (Kerry?) who dealt with a refund issue so pleasantly and efficiently. I would say that the store are generally understaffed, so often the phone will ring and not get answered, BUT, they are working so hard in store. It’s definitely worth aiming to go in store to get things sorted.

Purchased two suits from here for my partner and son at separate times over the last couple of months. The customer service is poor, the young girl behind the counter has been chewing gum everytime we have visited (around 5 times recently) The staff are totally uninterested in helping with fitting or advising and are very curt and unhelpful when we asked questions. There is one exeption who's name completely escapes me but she is a lovely Eastern European lady who was incredibly helpful to my partner when he went to try on his 'Tailored Fit' suit, we actually thought he would be measured and the suit ordered to his measurments. They just pin a suit around you and send it off for alterations. They were unable to order his trousers in the length he required as there 'was not that option on the computer' so they had to order them longer than needed then send them back to be taken up. Once it was back she spent time re pinning so it fitted perfectly, a big thank you to her, she was amazing. Unfortunately, they also stocked the suit my son wanted also so we had to revisit. The shop was so busy and very understaffed, we just tried on what they had and ordered online in the end, delivery was super quick and we will just have to take the suit for pressing as its is very creased. I do feel sorry for the staff as they were obviously under a lot of pressure however that is not excuse for being curt and unhelpful to customers .

Matt was really attentive to all of the customers and definitely knew what he was talking about! Cheryl however, was incredible rude- really didn’t seem like she cared about any customer or the people working there. I saw her try to control the people working there in quite a harsh way. It seemed very unprofessional. However, Matt’s customer service was outstanding so 4/5 stars still :)

Went to Moss Bros MK today to look at hiring a suit for my son's prom, the shop was super busy and eventhough Tomi was busy serving and dealing with other customers as well as putting suits away he still kindly measured my son and bought him up a suit to try on for size to make my life easier to order online. Covid has causee reduced staff everywhere, but it's still great to see people like Tomi taking pride in his job and even when busy he helps out. Thanl you Tomi, your an asset to the shop.

The staff weren't very helpful. They were running late for the suit fitting so we were told to come back. Then the fitting itself was very half hearted. No one actually measures you, they just get you to try different things on- which you could easily just do yourself.

What a wonderful, caring lady Cheryl is. She stayed with us the whole time. I could tell she had other things to do as the Manager but she didn't care and was fully focused. I have CP and she was there constantly. I got the suit of my dreams and thank you Cheryl.

Even though they have suits in various cloth and various styles and some casual clothing and this is only problem that, I have with them is that, they never seem to have sizes for the bigger gentleman, when I go into the shop and I look around for clothes, they don't have my size of which I'm not going to reveal, not every gentleman is the same size as me, because every gentleman is a different size and even, when I do ask do you have this clothing in this size, it is always the same response, you have to order online, Moss bros should have all sizes in stock in the shop and not having to order online, it demonstrates that are out of touch with potential customers and if this trend continues with Moss bros, than it simply a matter of time before Moss bros go's out of business.

We went in today to get three wedding outfits sorted and Matt was both exceptionally helpful and very imaginative (three different lads with three different body types with no clue what we wanted). Sadly the stock availability was disastrous and online isn’t any better, so whilst we know what we want, we can’t get it. Will keep trying online but 5* for customer service and attention to detail. 4 stars for the staff. They are hard working and very helpful, although the shop is often busy so they might be helping other customers when you arrive. Matt helped us to try to get a suit at short notice - it didn't work out in the end as there is not much stock in the country but he was willing to look wherever he could to try to source it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I went today to pick a suit and they've helped me find a very nice 3 piece with a matched shirt and tie. Didn't really have to give too much sizing as the guy got it right just by looking at me. I'll be coming back in the future for the next suit 100%.

Hired a morning suit weeks ago to be delivered to this store. When I went to pick it up there today were no trousers - the store was meant to supply them, but they were out of stock. The wedding is tomorrow so not much I could do - they tried to get a pair from Wembley but too later for me. In the end the staff were apologetic and I got a full refund as I had a back up suit. Too few staff unfortunately made the store atmosphere tense as a number of people had problems - with suit hire it seemed. Seems to be a problem with suit hire only

I was assisted over the phone by a customer representative at Milton Keynes Moss Bros branch, His name is Mick. He has gone out of her way to help me order the last renaming few pairs of trousers and waistcoat for our Civil Partnership to be delivered to the Cheltenham store as it is usually closed for a Wednesday and Thursday. He was so kind on the phone, also making sure everything was the right size, advising more of the branch where I could find the last few remaining suit jacket of my size to complete the suit set. We need more people like her working in the customer facing industry as she has done exceptionally well :)

Fantastic and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I was served by a man called Jamie who is one of the happiest and most cheerful people I have met in retail. He was more than happy to help me find a suit I like and order me one in the size. Unfortunately an issue with DPD meant my suit was not going to arrive on time so I contacted the store and asked what I could do. Jamie answered and tried everything he could but my delivery was not going to arrive so he said he would help me again with another suit if I came in the next day and also help me return my order when it arrived.

Honestly faultless. Upon entering the store i was asked if i needed help. A lovely lady called Rebecca assisted me in finding my perfect suit. She couldn't have been more helpful, i hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she goes above and beyond to assist customers.

I needed to exchange a jacket that I ordered online as it was the wrong size. I went out of my way to visit this store as it was the only one to have my size - I couldn't have been happier with my visit. Ian was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, ridiculously attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The service was exceptional - so much so that I decided to leave a review which is not something I do. Because of Ian I ended up purchasing jackets, shirts, ties and shoes which are just what I wanted. I've been in to Moss Bros before and have always been treated well but this was first class service. People are quick to leave bad reviews but don't often have time to praise; if you visit this store and deal with Ian you won't be disappointed. I will go out of my way to return to this store when I next need a suit.

He understood my urgency and managed to find the suit from the Aylesbury branch, he made the transaction a seamless and smooth process. Arrived not needing an appointment for two suit fittings and whilst the shop was very busy, without enough staff, we were served without delay or issue. The service we were given was outstanding and combining that service with the range and prices we happily purchased on the day. I can't recommend the MiltonKeynes Moss Bross highly enough compared to some of the other shambolic stores I went to, to hire 15 suits for a Wedding Reception. Ian at MK is absolutely superb, great customer service and great attention to detail. Go and see him, you won't be disappointed. I went to one store in a high profile Shopping Centre and after having driven 45 miles, I was told by the assistant to come back next week as he was tired and for me to try and round up everyone from across the country, from our wedding party to return to his store the week after. Obviously he lost my business and I went to my local Milton Keynes store and met Ian the very next day. The levels of service were polar opposites.

Ian is the man!! He will make sure you get the suit you need and does what's needed. I had my wedding on NYE and can't recommend him enough. He is a credit to the store and made my groom and best men look great.Thank you Ian!

I'm not the type of guy who doesn't have to wear a suit that often, so I didn't really know what would fit and what would suit me. One of the guys working here fixed me up with a lovely well fitting suit that for the first time ever made me think that I do actually good in a suit. Top marks for them!

My future husband went there for a suit, let's say that when he tried it on, I would say I was horrified.. The suit was awful, the kid there promised us the suit would be perfect in record time, hard to believe as the suit was so bad, but the suit came back ready for our wedding, the gave us a very generous discount and now we have a suit for our special day! Thank you guys, your tailor is really a ninja!!!
