I always like shopping at Hollister, as the clothes are well made, wash really well, and look flattering (once you figure out what size you are - in Hollister sizes, I'm XS where normally I'd be S). Jamie at the Eldon Square store in Newcastle gets bonus points for his warm welcome and attentive and chatty service yesterday, which went above and beyond the normally good service that you receive instore. He looked pretty good in Hollister gear too, which is no bad advert for the brand! 😁

Was in this store Thursday 14th April, I was approached stright away and asked if I needed help, the guy was brilliant had all sizes of t shirts out as I wasn't sure, but the one I chose fitted perfect thanks so much, nice to see help in shops he's a credit to the company cashier no on receipt 024086633😊👌

Their cloths are nice but don't be fooled with their 10 pounds off advert. They will tell u it's for new customers only and when u sign up they tell u it's for ur next purchase and when ur next purchase comes they tell u oh u had to use it within a MONTH of ur first purchase! Why not telling us the whole story from the beginning!!!

I continue to love this shop after regularly shopping here, the service is amazing and everybody is friendly and extremely helpful. The prices seem just right for the quality of clothing. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I picked up some nice regular fit chinos. Store is dark and cramped though. I'd say Hollister clothing is decent quality. Usually some kind of sale on. Nice place for quality men's jeans and chinos, at fair prices. Can't comment on woman's clothing.

Really like this Hollister store - it has better deals than the actual Hollister in NYC - the staff are friendly, it has a good range and a nice ambience. I think it's only let down is that it looks a bit like its closed from outside so I think it'll lose some passing trade!
