Just a shout out to Jack in house of Fraser Cwmbran for being the most helpful guy!! He spent a large chunk of time trying to assist my fiance in fing a suit for our wedding, including hunting down various sizes and offering options. Top bloke!

I have to say this store is one of the most friendliest places I have been too. The staff were so welcoming and polite and couldn’t do enough to help me with my query. I wish more stores could display such excellent customer service. The House of Fraser brand should be incredibly proud of their Cwmbran store and staff they are a great beacon for the company 😊

Fantastic store with wonderful staff and a good range of products, a long standing favourite store in the local community. it is a great shame that it is currently being threatened with closure. Shame on the corporation behind this controversial decision, so much for sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and community support!

Great staff. Friendly store. Brands better than ever

I took my elderly mother here for mother's Day in her wheelchair. She absolutely loved it, buying a Radley handbag, shoes and top. The staff were helpful and understanding, focussing on the needs of an 87-year-old lady. You never get anything like that shopping at Amazon. I am really grateful to the House of Fraser. Thank-you for helping me to protect my mother's dignity and respect.

4 floor department store with café. Lots of variety with designer brands. Store also includes a home section. It is a traditional department store with staff on hand for every section. It is more expensive than the high street but the customer service outweighs this and it is usually quieter.
