Fantastic service and attentiveness for the short notice I provided, only bad point was I didn't get the individuals name! When they didn't have my size trousers in, he called every store in a 50 mile radius to see what was available, and even walked me to the local tailor and introduced me when there was no luck and had to provide a size up, will absolutely be returning in future!

Great service here. I had a suit which I had bought 7 months ago and was out of return period. It hadn't been worn but no longer fit me. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding and exchanged the suit for me after checking the condition. Great service from start to finish

Superb service! The manager gave us the five star treatment. We returned after a couple of hours; he repeated the attention. He ran around that shop being amazing to the customers!!!!

It gets a 3 star review based on my first experience being 5 star but my second experience being a disappointment. So the positive; I went in in early September looking to purchase a wedding suit. The staff member who dealt with me gave me loads of info, suggested for the price, that I get a custom suit and offered advice and guidance all the way through the process, spending about 45mins to and hour helping me design it and workout the correct sizings, all this despite not booking a time slot. Even suggesting what type of shirt, tie etc based on wedding colours Now the negative experience. I had to book a time slot to pick my suit up, which wasn’t an issue as it implied that someone would be there to make sure that it all fit correctly and to sort out any alterations that may be needed etc. When I arrived, I spoke to someone and explained why I was there. He went and got my suit and handed it over. I had to ask if I could go and try it on, which he said yes, showed me the changing rooms and left me to it. Nothing about coming out once it was on to check fit etc. Luckily the fit was good otherwise I don’t think I’d have had the confidence to ask someone to make alterations. If I’d dealt with the second guy on my first visit to the shop, I’d have probably not bought anything from there due to the feeling I was more of an annoyance than anything What I don’t understand was the need to book a time slot to pick it up if it didn’t even require a member of staff to look at the tailoring. I got a better level of customer care just walking in on a random Saturday.

Fantastic shop for purchasing suits! The two gentleman in store today 26th August 2021 were great and helped me with fittings, colour matches etc. Will definitely be returning shortly to purchase another suit!

Lovely member of staff helped to serve me and although I left the shop without buying anything, I really felt as if I was being treated as someone who was special. The man who attended to me could not have been more helpful, it was just that the garments they had on offer for me did not quite match what I had in mind. Could have been a bit cheaper but money was not an issue, it was the quality of the garments for the money that was being asked for put me off a little. I had been to Slaters earlier and the quality they offered for a similar price was much better.

The suits are very good quality, we got them for my parents wedding although there was inconvenient errors with the computers, causing my uncle to travel far to get to the shop and get remeasured. Can't really blame the staff though, as they knew what they were doing and the suits fitted perfectly for me.

Don't understand these "slow service" reviews. Rubbish! Staff bent over backwards to help me. I could've got a similar suit for the same price at M&S but I would've been left to my own devices. Suits can be tricky to buy...if you want help (without paying extra for it) and a great choice of suits...go to Moss Bros.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, went in for 2 shirts (thinking a shirt was just a shirt) however for the first time found the shirts I wanted that actually fit properly, thanks to the patience and knowledge of the staff and they were on a 3for2 offer 👍
