L.I love NEXT. I've been a regular customer at the Eldon Square branch ever since it opened (and the Northumberland Street branch before that). The home-ware department is lovely. I've had a lot of bedroom furniture and home-ware products from NEXT in general but if I'm being 100% honest I can't remember the last time I found something I like in the women's clothes department, however, they do have a more extensive range of own/designer brands on their online shopping website but it's difficult to navigate as it's continually freezing so I rarely get as far as the online checkout.
I still recommend the Eldon Square store to family and friends as it makes for a very pleasant shopping experience with its spacious set out and the warm and friendly staff who are always polite and accommodating ☺️

g. f.My sons always like the clothing from there so I usually manage to get something not always the size I need but I just go to the tills and they order the size I need online then they send a text telling me its ready for collection brilliant and the staff are always friendly and will help in anyway they can.

M. H.A great shopping experience for clothing, for casual and formal wear, menswear, womens wear, and children's wear. A solid staple high street fashion brand. Cost is moderate to high, but distinctive designs and high quality made clothing make this far better than cheaper fashion places. Next homewares is really good too - pick up a brochure for that extensive range. A mandatory visit for clothes shopping.
j. l.Love it. My four children have all grown now and left home but our trips out to next and then have lunch were a treat to enjoy. My kids were smart. Trendy and people commented. Of course though their mother was very well dressed too.

C. F.I'm 67yrs young and NEXT is mainly aimed at a younger generation. The staff still asked if they could be of assistance, I only wanted a lampshade and instead of pointing , the young woman took me to department. Very nice and helpful.
