Shopped here with my daughter and partner. Store is fairly narrow but deep. Very claustrophobic when busy, and social distancing is difficult. Product availability is not as wide as larger locations, but my daughter wasn't fussy. Was pleasantly surprised that my shop turned out cheaper than expected, but the lack of promotional information on discounts was lacking, which might discourage shoppers from purchasing more.

First visit since our first lockdown, A bit crowded, no sense of direction. Everyone everywhere and not really much social distancing going on, I will say the place was clean tidy, clothes all hung nicely, Dont think I seen any clothes on the floor. 🤣

I like this shop. Good value for money and lovely clothes. One star missing due to the problem with the ladies jeans. The sizing is very bad lately, and ALL OF the jeans are high waisted. Although I understand that this is the fashion, (like skinny jeans), I can not feel comfortable in jeans which are tight around my waist and digging into my naval. Please provide more variety and styles.

My visit to the Newport branch was as always a pleasure. The store was spotless and tidy. The shelves were well stocked. I purchased everything that I had intended to and a few more besides. The staff were as always pleasant and polite.

Clothes are cheap but you get what you pay for! Shop is a bit of a mess, you can never find a particular size as the clothes are always in a mess, staff need to keep tabs of the shop and tidy up a bit! Please do more bigger sizes as there is always stuff for smaller women left o and the shelves, don't us slightly larger girls matter???

The shop itself wasn't bad. But people in it didn't have the most minimum sense of social distancing or adhering to rules. Kids running around and playing hide and seek bumping onto people shopping. The staff didn't seem to notice or do anything about it

This shop has plenty on two levels modern shop I found it had a great selection and I was able to get some Christmas shopping done except xmas pudding smilly face parking is close by friars walk and Kingsway shopping centres are close by but if your in town and looking for a good selection well worth a visit for sure

Love primark...my girls love to shop here. Fashion at very affordable prices. You literally can fill your wardrobe for a fraction of the cost. They have become a proper clothes store since their beginnings..I hated shopping at primark because it always looked and felt like a jumble sale..but as I said they have become a great fashion store foe everyone who has to shop on a budget..because their prices are so low you can afford to change your clothes as fashions change.

Given 4 stars as this Primark's floor plan isn't as well presented as the one In Cwnbran. I feel claustrophobic in there displays too close together , no staff available to obtain items that are too high to reach. Girl on the checkout was great and I was served very quickly , asking if I needed a bag or hangers.

Small store, so not that much of a selection. Understaffed and isn't made clear sign wise that the changing rooms on both floors are not mixed. Was upstairs getting items and wanted to try on clothes, staff said that upstairs was men's changing room only, downstairs was for females.

As much as I love Primark. I can't rate it anymore always messy and the sizes now are just so small. I am a 14 and have to wear an 18 in some jeans now. And the ques are always stupidly long I can never be in and out.

Good clothes for the prices, it can be insane with too many people in there with no idea of personal space so if it's really busy I just won't bother. I had a pair of jeans £8 and lasted me longer than other brands.

I used to love going to this store, but it's going downhill, like most of the retailers shopping is aimed at women, mens choices are very poor.

This store is very small compared to others, I wouldn't recommend this store if you have a pram or wheelchair as the Isles are very narrow and crowded with clothes, they do have two floors but upstairs is also very cramped, the children's collection is very small compared to other stores which is disappointing, they definitely need to expand to accommodate everyone and showcasing all of the other products that are shown in other stores, I have to say staff were very polite and happy to help with finding items which was nice to see for a change
