The lady running the shop (didn't catch her name) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was willing to put up with me being quite fussy about what I wanted.

N. B.My son was recently kitted out with gear sold at Acesport by his nanny... unfortunately we noticed some damage to one of his boots, soon after he was out on the road for the very first time. We took them back and the lady there couldn't of been more helpful, exchanging them for a new pair. Fantastic customer service, as well as great value for money.

m. d.really helpful staff got a bargain with some bike trousers which were made out of material which you need in winter and also I've got one of their leather jackets and the gentleman went upstairs dugouts a little thermal vest which comes with it and says I can have it for nothing which I've never come across before in a bike shop I'm planning to go back there again and gets other bits and bobs
