The staff are very friendly and helpful and they leave you to browse but if you need help they come straight to you. They have a very good range of lingerie and nightwear, am always pleased with my items that I purchase from there.

I visited the Norwich store today for the first time & I was blown away by how friendly the staff was. Special thanks to Amanda had it not have been for her I would have walked out as I couldn't get the right fit, she asked a couple of questions told me to humour her & she was absolutely spot on, I left with 3 bras & 6 pairs of knickers. I will be back!!

The lady who did my bra fitting was absolutely amazing and you could tell she knew what she was doing and that she had been doing it for years. She gave her honest opinions, suggested improvements required, suggested the best styles of bra for me, I must have tried on about 10 or so bras on in order to find 3 bras that I loved which I wouldn't have thought to even try on before I asked her to find me some she thought would look nice! She went back and forth the shop to make my experience personal to me. When finished, she then wrote it down on a card for me and explained what she had written. She was friendly and funny, if only I could remember her name, I'd mention her and suggest that you'd request her for brilliant fitting!! 😊

The staff are always so friendly, polite & helpful. Also put you at ease with measuring & fitting which is great. Shop itself is always clean & tidy as well which makes the experience that little better.
