Cannot thank the team in Norwich enough for the service they provided sorting me with a made to measure suit for my wedding and 2 suits for my best men, one of whom tried the trousers on only 2 days before the wedding which were too big. the manager quickly put in an order for a smaller size which arrived the next day - so so grateful for this attention to customer service. As with anything, you get what you pay for. Yes they're expensive to buy a new suit from but the service is 1st class, the tailoring is incredible and my new suit fits really well. Massive thanks to the staff here.

Had a lovely experience with a gentleman called Patrick. He was a delight, helped me try all the clothes necessary for the right fit. Went above and beyond to find right item from other stores, so it could delivered to me. The manager was very helpful and took quick action, so I didn't wait long. Would definitely recommend.

I went into the Norwich branch for a new three piece suit and was all measured and sized up in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately the suit I wanted wasn't in stock but it was ordered for next day delivery to my home address. The waistcoat wasn't in stock to order but the guy went out of his way to ring round the other branches to try and locate one. He did find one (in Derby) which he then arranged to have delivered to the shop for me to collect. The two guys I dealt with were Joseph & Patrick who were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service from Moss Bros Norwich, thoroughly recommended.

Visited Norwich store yesterday to buy a waistcoat. I was served by a very polite and helpful young man ,unfortunately the waistcoat was not in stock. Me and my partner visited this lovely shop to try and find a suit for future job interviews. The staff came to our help straight away and ensured we got the right size throughout the whole visit with all suits. They were very kind (and funny!) and allowed us to browse as well. My partner loved trying on the many wonderful and great quality suits and in the end we came out with two!! As well as a lovely pair of leather shoes! All in all, great staff, great prices, great quality and a great shop! Very pleased and highly recommended ~ let’s keep this shop going.

Excellent service at Moss Bros Norwich, I hired 6 suits for my wedding in 2017 with no problems whatsoever with the whole experience. Great quality and service! I have visited the store again today to purchase a new suit and received the same friendly welcome and excellent service, and found a lovely suit at a very good price. I love shopping here for my shirts, suits, trousers, ties etc. Aside from the quality of the clothing, which is undeniable, the staff are their biggest asset. They can never do enough for you. They're happy to provide recommendations, but equally happy to allow you to browse in peace. On a couple of occasions, they've not had the item or size I need in stock, but they've always been happy to get the stock sent from one of their other branches and have always called me promptly to let me know that they've got the item in store.

Never personally bought a suit from a shop before but this experience will definitely make it easier for the next time I do. I'm awkwardly tall so finding clothes that fit is hard but the staff here were brilliant and didn't turn down the challenge. One of the staff members even ordered some more fittings from their warehouse stock just for me to try on. To say they went the extra mile would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Moss Bros to my friends and family and that's why I'm giving them a 5 star rating.

I visited the Norwich branch of moss bros. Coleen and Felix served me, they were very professional, extremely polite and very helpful in helping me deciding on what to buy for my daughters forth coming wedding. They offered their combined advice on fabric and colour combinations of my suit, shirt, tie and shoes! Thank you so much Coleen and Felix for making it such a enjoyable experience and I know I will do my daughter proud in these beautifully made and styled clothes! They found my suit online and ordered it for delivery to my house it has taken 8 days and counting, they said it would only take 3-4 days at the most. Tried to call and no one picks up to help or give any reassurance.

For an event at Newmarket races I went in with two friends. I needed a new waistcoat to match a suit I had brought from there previous, a young gentleman with glasses who’s name I have forgotten, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One of my friend purchased a full suit there and then with no problems. The last one ordered a a suit as they didn’t have the suit in the size in. Told him it would be available the next week to collect in store on Tuesday, arrived on Tuesday to collect and there was no problem. (I know as I was with him). Good value for money and always have good offers. Would recommend.

I wouldn't buy a suit anywhere else. I had been looked after by Colleen previously in the Ipswich store, when I found out she had moved I made a special trip to Norwich. Colleen and Mary made me feel like I was the only person in the store whilst somehow managing to make three other people feel the same way! They organised alterations and managed to get me to buy another pair of shoes! If I could give more than five stars I would, highly recommended.
