I pray this finds you well.
I just wanted to send this letter of praise for Nicole Dyer at your store in Nottingham.
Nicole is just wonderful! We met her at the till, she greeted us with a huge smile, walked us through the account process and helped us get a discount. She took the time to show us step by step how to activate everything on my phone. She folded everything ever so neatly which is a rarity these days. She made lovely conversation with us and was extremely friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return to meet her again. She’s given us a new memory of H and M.
We hope her efforts will be recognized and that she will be compensated and rewarded for her dedication, hard work and wonderful spirit.

J. L.There are many clothing options for women, men and children. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed browsing the selection available. We picked some items from the clearance rack that she particularly liked. Customer service was great. Cashed out very quickly.
H. L.Clean. Great choice and good prices for my teenage granddaughter. Queues long at tills and very slow. Took ages to get a price on item with missing tag. We had to go to another area as the changing room was closed.

J. W.Visited your listergate store in Nottingham today to use a gift card my daughter got for her birthday. When we went to pay the lad who served us was brilliant. My daughter wanted to pay herself and he took the time to speak directly to her and made her feel appreciated and welcomed eventhough there was a queue behind us. Unfortunately I don't have his name but I hope the information off the receipt in the photo can point you in the direction. He is a credit to your brand and deserves all the praise he can get. Thank you for making my daughters afternoon.

D. A.Large store, lots or choice. Clothing are personal choice but it's a big store with full ranges in men's, women's and children's so useful for all if you like their stuff. Cheap too
D. P.Greta clothing unfortunately the que at the till everytime is so long and the till placement means when you get your phone out to use membership the signal is so bea it adds to the que and the shop wifi is shocking and why would you connect to a shops wifi ??
C. S.Alot of good baby clothes, but the top floor had no tills open but the tills said they was ready to serve the next customer but when the staff finally stopped talking to eachother after 15mins of waiting at the till they then told us the tills wasnt open and we had to go back down stairs
A. G.Good size branch with all you can need for women but...it was frustrating when I along with my father to shop for him. Nothing for men in the shop so not easy for an elder person who has barrier using technology.

The store is usually pretty tidy and I don't have any trouble finding something I need/want.
Sometimes there are some massive discounts and I get really nice bargains that I have treasured for years.
I'm also very happy about the conscious line/ organic cotton range
They have a recycling scheme as well. I'm proud of their attention to economic commodity

K. A.Had a really good experience in store yesterday. I went to buy a rug and a staff member called Anna really helped me to find what I needed, even went into the back to find a suitable rug and helped me with getting 10% discount by signing up.
Another staff member Gianni helped me to sign up while at the till and was really patient with how long it took.
I was really impressed with the service from both of them so just wanted to say thank you!
A. M.The staff is really friendly and helpful, and fast. It's nice to meet people who love their work. But I am a little bit disappointed with clothes quality and variety of different types. Usually, I can't find my size of jeans or jackets and sometimes it seems that t-shirts designs are quite boring. I hope to find some cool clothes in the future.
M. B.Good affordable clothes, queues at check outs are annoying. Would good if they had more personnel at all tills, especially during pandemic when you just want go in and out as quick as possible. This kind of thing puts you off going out shopping on the high street.

A. P.Also here, in Nottingham, there is the presence of the H&M shop of clothing, leather and home accessories. At the first glance, in the eyes of the customer who enters it , it appears well cared for and kept in perfect order by the staff who work there; as for the quality of the goods, it is varied and depends very much on the amount that the customer is willing to spend.; I also noticed that many fabric patterns are not always very current and are often repeated in the following seasons or event from one year to the next (raise way of doing is applied in many others stores located around the world and not only by H&M ).The staff is very helpful and kind to all customers. Note to be made is that it is located in the main street Of the city. Last interesting information I want to add is that there is a recycling point for your clothes, which we don't put anymore, but in this regard I won't to be clearer that it is a news that I have heard and that I have not been able to certain and if it can interest you ;ask the staff for information. If hope I have not been too long in describing this shop, and above all I have been of help Until next review.
M. C.This store is usually very busy but they do have a fantastic selection of clothes at reasonable prices.
It has already been mentioned that the changing room area is rather badly laid out and congestion in this area is almost guaranteed but this shouldn't put you off buying from this store.
The location is good and central and it is pretty airy, clean and logically laid out!
K. T.Lots of basics, the make up looks good and lots of accessories. There is always a huge queue seemingly at all times, not enough staff. They seem to run out of styles quickly so best to get what you need online but generally happy with the quality and prices
T.This is the place you go to find hidden gems. I was just browsing but not too interested in anything I saw, but suddenly my eyes landed on a long skirt on sale (it's hard to find long ones), of course I grabbed it. Wheelchair friendly and quite spacious.
H. B.Staff are very friendly and help to reduce queuing times when the store is busy. There are always good deals on and there is a wide variety in the store
M. D.Some of my best clothes from this store and it has been a great all-round store for much of my attire. The clothes, particularly trousers, are of feirante comfy material and last the test of time. As one that lives a rather adventurous lifestyle, these clothes have certainly lived up to that, and are still intact!
A. M.Large store with high volumes of choices but the area is next to a run down shopping centre that probably will never be rebuilt and thus they are losing on potential customers closer to the Victoria Center.

18 months ago I discovered the new H&M store in Liverpool and am now back as a shopper there.Stores feel better organised, easy to browse, stock has improved. The clothes recycling scheme is a bonus plus the free membership scheme. I've just bought some items from the new Conscious collaboration with Pringle which I love. Glad they are investing in stores on the High St.
A. B.Great shop which always has superb sales! Very helpful staff, waiting time at the till can be slightly longer than you'd like but they always serve you quickly. Lovely clean and well organised store too with a wide range of maternity clothes. :)

s. m.So I usually don’t leave bad reviews... but as a regular costumer I feel like I have to say something. I do not know if there’s a lack of staff but every time I’m in this store I have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes in the queue in order to get served. Please take care of this. The staff are very polite though.
i. c.I always like how things are placed correctly and sometimes things are in the wrong place but staff advocate for that and prevent arguments and provide excellent customer service. They place same clothes with normal price clothes advertising really well as OTHER places make a sale section which doesn't allow comparison.
