My wife loves this place. The clothes are a little pricey but of a good design and quality. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. If they have not got your size, then they can arrange to see if the Nottingham branch have them or not

Although I only ever went into Joules with my wife as she's a big fan, I am now also a customer. Their range of clothes are great quality & stylish for both men and women. The customer service at the Nottingham branch is always great! I bought some men's underwear which I had a minor issue with once I got them home. Marc from customer services handled it promptly & showed a high level of after purchase care. Thank you Marc & thank you Joules Nottingham. John

The ladies here were so welcoming and helpful to us and our Cockapoo today and one tried so hard to source the right size for my wife whether in the stock room or other Joules shops. Whilst they did not make a sale we were told where else to look and we found one on Surfdome, so at least Joules made a sale. Thank you and well done.
