Great assortment of suits for all occasions and really helpful shop assistants. Took the time to show me how to know if a suit fit properly. Couldn’t decided which to buy so bought two! Also used the tailor downstairs to ensure it was the perfect fit.

Today we visited the Nottingham branch of Moss Bros. Group Ltd and took our nervous 6 year old for a suit fitting. Anthony was making jokes, asking him to be a scarecrow, and making him feel comfortable. In total we rented three suits for an upcoming wedding and the price was just under £500, not bad! That includes waistcoat, tie and pocket square. Anthony was also able to guess our measurements on site, which is what 34 years in the business will do you! Thanks Moss Bros!

I went in there for a suit for my wedding, didn't really know what I was doing or what I was looking for. Lewis sorted me out from start to finish, and did an incredible job with the alterations I needed. My soon to be wife is a very lucky lady.

On a saturday afternoon me and my partner were doing some shopping around Nottingham city centre. The store front of Moss bros was firstly admirably eye catching inviting us in to peruse their wares. Upon entering the store neither of us felt pressured by the customer service and instead welcomed and invited to take our time browsing. Neither one of us were certain on sizes, so the approachable staff combined their skills to provide assistance and called upon the tailor to take over and assist further. Their in house tailor has especially gone above and beyond to provide my partner with not only a fun and memorable experience but a warm, friendly and patient deliverance that accompanied the tailor's impressive knowledge to encourage my partner away from an initially nervous disposition when first entering the shop because she was shy about being a woman in a suit store to a bright confident enthusiastic nature eager to return for her next fitting.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a suit for him to wear to a friend’s wedding.. we went though 4 different stores before we found this one. Within 10 minutes of looking around the store, not knowing what my bf’s size was, etc… Lewis shouted “you’re a 48 regular, pants 36 but you’ll need a little tailoring” and it changed the way we would view suits forever lol. Couldn’t believe Lewis was spot on without measuring and immediately jumped in to help us find the best color and fit for Sam’s (my bf’s) silhouette. He’s is comedic, personable and 100% knows how to sell a suit without being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable (never hovered or asked too many questions). I learned a lot from him in just the 30 minutes we were there. Told him we were in a pinch and needed the tailoring back in 2 days, but he and his tailor made it happen. Can’t speak to the quality or material of the suits yet, but the service alone would bring me back 20 times over. P.S. quick shoutout to Thomas too, he was lovely. If you’re in his or Lewis’ care, you’re in good hands

A fantastic, personalised experience. I was served by Lewis who exceptionally knowledgable, professional and helpful, a true credit to the organisation. Lewis was able to efficiently assist me with absolutely everything I needed. My time couldn’t have been spent better elsewhere. Additionally, at a moments notice he was able to organise tailoring for the suit we selected. The suit was chosen at 3pm and by 9am the next morning it was tailored and ready to be collected. Unheard of. Thanks again 👊🏻

Went to hire a prom suit for my 15year old and was served by a lady called Jo. Service was absolutely brilliant. Jo was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely helpful. I would like to say a massive thank you to the gentleman who works here called Colin. He was able to find me not one, but two new 3 peice suits. He was actually able to balance seeing myself and another chap who was in store buying too, but without any moment of feeling left alone and not cared for. Providing great customer service is what will be needed for retail to succeed going forward and his customer service is the reason why I will be back and will get more suits! Keep up the good work!

I just want to talk on how incredible and amazing Ethel was at the Nottingham branch! I believe she was there assisting the store for the day and myself and my partner had the pleasure of being in her presence whilst in the store. She was incredibly lovely and clearly committed to her role which is amazing to see and hopefully if you see this Ethel just know you’re service is unmatchable! Everybody needs an Ethel!

Love the clothes and customer service from the sales team always receive service with a smile. This has to be I must confess my go to for suits and smart casual as they have an in house tailor called Michael who is amazing and can do any adjustment for you with no issue so always makes the visit worthwhile considering I tend to always need some slight adjustments making to get the perfect fit.

Really nice friendly staff were able to help me enquire about a graduation suit and were very helpful. However, when I went in last Saturday I was disappointed that they didn't have my size Blazer in stock (size 42). After deciding to have a look at another suit which I liked I was then told they didn't have that waistcoat in stock (size 38). Seemed a bit odd that seeing as it's one of the busiest times of the years for people buying suits they would have so little in stock.

Special thanks to Jo and Ethel they really helped me in arranging the suits for my wedding. I had planned to buy suits for the groomsmen but thanks to their advice realise that wouldnt of been the best option. Even when there were a few issues with fitting (people within party had changed sizes - between fitting & the day) they managed to get this sorted out quickly and at the last minute. We went here to return some ties after buying some from the branch in Meadowhall in Sheffield and I must admit that the shop is lovely and they have a nice range on offer however the staff were quite rude which was surprising and the Nottingham staff just ignored us and then a chap who clearly had nothing to do told us to go to a lady who was busy doing a load of work and wasn't even on the till. I'd say that overall the staff need to learn some manners and customer service as it is none existent in both the stores we visited.
