I was really impressed with the speed of service. All items arrived within a few days and one item was replaced within days when I requested an exchange for a different size. The quality is really good too. After a year of wear my older son's uniform is still in great condition, especially the sports shirts and shorts.

Order arrived ahead of expectation. Only ordered with 10 days notice of starting a new school. Wasn't sure if it would arrive and was pleasantly surprised when it did. All fits and looks smart enough to me. I guess the quality of garments will only be known after a few washes!

I ordered my children new school uniforms few weeks ago. After placing the order to be delivered to the school directly to avoid delivery charge, I received an email from Sage confirming the payment. But I never got an email with my order tracking number, or that it has been dispatched. This morning when checking my emails I saw the one sent by Price and Buckland on my promotion section and they asked me to review them on Google. And on my spam section I saw the email they sent to confirm my order and explain I will receive an email of dispatch confirmation and tracking number. I never did. That's a good thing I choose the school delivery option. I only ordered 2 jumpers that seems to be fine and a tie.

Excellent service. My daughter was able to collect her uniform from school and it was in excellent condition as always. Having bought regularly from Price & Buckland I know how good the quality is. The uniform withstands multiple washings and provided your child doesn’t grow too quickly the clothes will last a year at least!

I placed an order 21/04/21, I received an email confirming my order and telling me that orders were taking 5-10 days to be dispatched. 2 days later I received my order, the school blazer was on a hanger, and everything was in perfect condition and not a crease in anything. School jumper sizes seem to have changed for rwba especially Body length & arm length the sizes of which, arent advertised. Only the chest size is. I am mid email conversation with them about sorting this out. I am confident will be amicable resolution. Their customer services seem very good & professional. Knit has changed for the better. Looks less likely to stretch & stronger so hopefully wont go on the elbows.

Ordering is quick and easy, and I have always found delivery is quick too. Some of the PE clothes and ties have lasted two children, so the quality is good and they wash well. The reason that I haven't given five stars is that I have three tall, thin boys. We completely understand that sizes need to be best fit but the need for a long length can mean the blazers are a bit too roomy.

I've bought girls blazers and trousers from Price & Buckland. I appreciate the fact that trousers are available in multiple lengths so I can buy a suitable length for my long legged daughter. She's long in the body too so it would be nice to have the option of buying a long length in the blazer too. The uniform washes and wears well, I've only had to replace items because of growth spurts rather than because they've worn out. Shipping times are reasonable given the current situation.

Order was recieved very quickly, however wrong size socks. They were great, freepost back and the correct ones sent. However the trouser sizing is crazy comes up 4 inches bigger than stated and wrong leg length sent. When I asked if they could send me a pair with a waist size that matched the lable they just refunded me. So still no trousers ☹

New September uniform was ordered easily on the website and was delivered for pick-up at our local school in 23 days. The uniform was true to size and looks of decent quality (although obviously not worn and washed yet). The only 2 negatives were the sleeves were far too long on the blazer and will need to be taken up, and pricing. Whilst some items were priced ok, I do baulk at paying adult prices for skirts, blazers and hoodies when my child is still only 11yrs. At £120 approx for a basic set of clothing it had better last.....

This is the second year I've purchased school blazers from Price & Buckland. I have to say the blazers are good quality, the one for my 13 year old son actually lasted all year and is still decent enough to wear now!! My children's school have a separate supplier for years 7&8 and after seeing the difference from Price & Bucklands I'm gutted they don't do all 5 years just the final three! And the price isn't too bad either, I'd of thought a blazer would be more so pleasantly surprised on that too!

Good quality and accurate sizing- though do check the washing labels; I didn’t realise the school sweatshirt shouldn’t be tumbled and have gradually shrunk it. Recent order came fast, though there was a large delay during a 2020 order, so don’t leave too late to order.

I made a mistake on my order and had to place a new one - school starts next week so stressing it wouldn't get here in time - I received a call from customer services to say order had been processed and another once it had been despatched. I've placed four orders with Price & Buckland and all have been delivered promptly to the school as requested. However I do have a problem with the email system and web site. I failed to receive an email saying the items had been dispatched for the last three orders even though they had been and were delivered. The web ordering system says this should be done. My Orders page on the Price & Buckland website still shows these three orders as being "Processed". Thanks for the reply. Just how long is it going to take to rectify this slight glitch? The problem cam to my attention mid July which is three months ago!

Would highly recommend as it is really an amazing company to work for with a brilliant business idea and ethos.
