If I could give Jack & Jones 6 stars I would. The clothes are nice and reasonably priced, but what really makes the difference are the staff there. I was lucky enough to be helped by Ollie today. I’m not the slimmest guy and usually, whenever I ask for help in other stores, I end up feeling like I don’t belong! But Ollie today had all the patience in the world for both me and my partner. He helped us with sizes and colours and made us feel like we were the most important customers ever. Well done Ollie and Jack & Jones - you nailed it!

I've been shopping at Jack & Jones since they opened in the Westgate. I've always managed to find something I like and the staff are always very helpful. If there's nothing in my size they have helped order it online. Recently, during lockdown - I needed to try and find a different size for some Chinos. I couldn't find any but the member of staff (possibly the manager) was so helpful. He tried to find some online for me but as we couldn't he help take in my returns and send them back for a refund. Just wanted to say a big thank you and that I'll always shop here each time I go to the Westgate.
