R.So impressed with their customer service - I ordered something for pick up, but then tested positive for C-19, meaning I won’t be able to collect it within the 14 days they advise the order will be held for. I called today to see if they could extend the collection period, and was cheerfully told they would instead be happy to send it on to my home address. Really exemplary.

They remember you and treat you as an individual, it was amazing when they remembered my wedding and asked to see photos! They are a wonderful team and I am eternally grateful!
