This Retailer provided us with first customer service experience again. My Husband has issues with buying good fit trousers. Two of staff were very helpful,left the store with lovely good fitting trousers. Very pleased we shopped at Moss Bros, Peterborough. Getting good service on two visits, certainly shop there again.

Went in today to buy a suit for black tie event. They did not have my size in stock but the staff could not have been more helpful. They got me others of similar sizes to try on advised on correct cut. Did not try to upsell more expensive ones. Offered to order for me but then sent me away with all my measurements so I could order from there online store. The two sales guys I dealt with were a credit to the store in Peterborough. Thanks

Very cooperative staff, they even gave me freebies as the member of staff assisting me was unsure claiming they were out of stock of the item I was asking for at the time. If he had looked closely the item was at the back of the shelf. I would have thought staff should know what stock is in the shop at all times. Not to just say it is out of stock.

Arrived just a little before 9am the shop assistant opened the door bang on 9am and greeted me with a warm smile this was my 1st time shopping at a Moss Bross tha lady that served me was most helpful i told her needed a new suit for a wedding the next day and showed her the colour of my shirt and she helped me choose a suit that feels like it was made to measure in a lovely soft Burgundy I've always worn grey or navy colours but with her help i picked a suit that I felt great in nowing how nice i looked she even helped me choose the tie and top pocket nothing but good advice to make look good 👍

Extremely friendly staff. I walked in to the store and met Sam, one of the staff. I explained my requirements and she helped me out with everything. I had a very specific set of requirements and a very short timescale. Sam not only met every requirement of mine, but she also went out of her way to help me find the correct sizes of clothes. Especially letting me to try on shirts of different sizes to ensure that I had the correct fit. She also made my wife happy with her suggestions of matching different coloured shirts to go with the suit that I finally decided on. This gains the ultimate bonus points. Sam was also understood my request regarding the material of the shirts as well and delivered what I required. Walking in to a clothing store and finding a person who can assist you from measuring to trying on and finally suggesting different combinations has been a wonderful experience. I feel that I've been to Saville Row to get my suit! I've been to Moss Bros since 2006, albeit maybe only once every two to three years. However, every time I've been there, I have not been disappointed. Customer service has always been exemplary! And, it is not just this branch but many others around the country! For any person who values individual personal contact and be treated like a "royal", I would recommend this place. Please keep up the fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, the nature of the store means that I cannot go very frequently as I do not use my suits very often nor my tuxedo (which is only once a year for Christmas parties!).

Staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for my daughters wedding day. When a mix up meant that a wrong item was delivered they worked hard to source the replacement even though it was not their fault. They kept me updated and reassured the whole time. I ordered a suit on Thursday. It was delivered the following day. And best of all, it's a perfect fit. I used Moss Bros' online guidance to understand what 'medium' and 'short' meant in terms of arm and leg length, so although I was fairly confident, I was acutely aware that one person's 'medium' is another's "way too small". But I'm happy to say, this has been the best suit I've ever bought (on or offline) in terms of fit as well as style. Thank you for a great experience.

We were served today by Daniel - absolutely A class service, really friendly and chatty, made us feel at complete ease. Not pushy in anyway for add ons, he even threw in a few ideas of his own and were pleased to say, job well done. Daniel is a huge credit to this store, he’s clearly passionate for what he does and he’s brilliant at it! The store was neat and tidy, he had a newbie with him and his managerial skills were great! Thank you Daniel for making this part of our planning process as easy and straight forward as it was!

This well known men's outfitters hires out suits for special occasions. A good range of colours, styles, and sizes, together with waistcoats, ties etc. Shirts and shoes are also stocked for sale. Cane be a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for! Handily sited in Bridge St.

Lovely staff. Great range. A few to be had. Could do with more defined sections. Which is. Linen. Sizes top out a bit small for me in branch though I can order. The red signs everywhere made finding sale items chaotic. Ordered shoes online, and picked up today, staff were as enthusiastic as I was at the bargain. Chap in the shop even called dozens of other branch to chase a different pair of shoes. You just can't buy that kind of service and interest to customers

Had a fully tailed suit made here. 5* is not enough 7* is more like it. Outstanding staff super helpful and love my new suit. Don't mess around with other shops just come here for all your needs
