Lovely shop over 2 floors. Great to see so much choice in bright colours instead of the usual drab selection in most stores Fantastic selection of quality ladies shoes.

I went there to buy an outfit I saw online with my two daughters and the customer service was great, especially from Mat who was very kind and helpful as I was looking for my outfit when I couldn’t find the right sizes.

Now they have everything at 70% in clothing. Currently they only have women's and youth clothing... All sizes and all bodies... But a shame they don't have men's clothing... I should sell more decent clothes... I haven't bought there for two years... For me, the clothes they sell now are expensive and low quality... It was my favorite store clothes when I arrived in Peterborough 6 years ago... Two years ago it stopped being... What they have are expensive clothes and collections of fashion from other years that does not sell... Nothing current... I prefer to go to other stores that for the same price, I can buy it of better quality and my clothes do not last "two days"... New look now is very different. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The shop itself is VERY big, has an upstairs and downstairs. They have lots to offer, great items and good sales. The issue I had was that the store had no flow. Everything seemed just put out and it was quite difficult to navigate.

Always love shopping here. My friends were trying to find shoes for a wedding and thought we'd take a look. We were very loud and joking around a lot but didn't feel looked down on. I actually ended up buying a pair of shoes even though I didn't need any AND a matching pair for my bridesmaid.

Its new look i think they're pretty much the same which ever one you go in they do the full array of catogarys i.e maternity. Curve .teen. tall and petite This one has the obligatory over made up skinny girl look looking down her nose at people who dont wear the full make up and not a perfect size 4 but the girl the till was lovely the shops bright and clean
