Great store with good selection of suits and very friendly staff especially Sylvia. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me with literally everything from matching the shirt colour to suit sizing and selecting the right tie. THANK YOU !

By far the best customer service I have ever had whilst clothes shopping. This was shop number 6 looking for my wedding suit and they couldn't have made the experience any better for me. Really attentive staff that were passionate about style. Caddie was brilliant with me, even taking the time to pin the trousers to make sure I really understood how the trousers would look after the adjustments. The level of customer service was just fantastic and it has been one of the highlights of getting ready for the wedding 😁 Also a thank you to Dean who just had real knowledge of style. Thank you team!!

Bought a waterproof casual jacket, good service and good price. Please with jacket except that inner lining acts as a wick and gets quite wet after a walk. It dries quickly, but still seems a little strange. Response from BOSS welcome!

I was very impressed when visited Hugo Boss store in Reading fir my first visit. The staff were amazing and helpful. I felt welcomed from the first minute. People will do an extra mile every time when you need a help. Actually I was very surprised by member of staff Niko. He is so professional and polite. He always was there to help without asking. He knew at what point he need to approach and give a help. I really appreciate that. In overall it made a such a good impression that I made another purchase on a day and planning to come there much often. Keep up the great work guys! Perfect, 5 star!

The first thing to say is that you'd be surprised at the value of clothes at Boss. Yes, the cost more than your usual high street store. But they're better made, smarter, better fitting, more comfortable and of higher quality material and workmanship than your usual high street store, like - way more. Secondly, you actually get treated so nicely by the guys working there. A special shout out to assistant manager Nico: gives the best advice you can get on what to wear and how to wear it, as well as being so friendly. There are three basic sections: suits, athlesuire and casual smart. All of these categories are chock full of modern clothing that'll make you just look smarter than everyone else in Reading. I don't buy clothes that often, all in all I spend less over the year than I would if bought standard high street fare, I prefer to save and buy in Boss because over the years I've never been disappointed.

Been a customer of here a lot lately. The assistant (Carlos) was Friendly and welcoming, very helpful & nothing was too much trouble for him to look for my size if it wasn't on the rail. Great advice on the suit I purchased. Good suggestions for other clothing items. A great shopping experience as you would expect from Hugo Boss.

My partner has been a huge supporter of the Hugo Boss brand over the years. He has been visiting the Reading branch and it has been quite a few months since the last visit. The last 2 shopping trips over the last few weeks (since lockdown was eased) was amazing. The sales consultant Kaddi who served us was amazing. She recommended styles for my partner and was very knowledgeable with sizing and what suited him. She is an asset to the Hugo Boss brand which always exceeds our expectations on the quality and service.

The staff are fabulous but the suits are toooooo expensive. I'm afraid the trick is: get the lovely staff to show you exactly what to buy and then go down the road and buy the same thing from m&s for a third the price... Sorry Boss :(
