Lovely store and staff, was close to closing when I was in on Saturday evening but, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Got approached by a young man, I think his name was Danny. He had a beard/Batman face mask, offered me advice on what to get my nephew’s and brother in law for their Christmas presents. Very charming and knowledgeable young man. Will definitely be back in soon!

Nice place for shopping but there is narrow passage between counter. Also a lot of stuff for home, ladies, kids and men!

A lovely colleague called Megan helped me today during their sale. My partner and I had been shopping all day and even though she was covering the floor by herself, she still helped me find what I was looking for and even asked how my day was. Next should be grateful to have such a nice member of staff.

I went with my wife today. She is hard to shop for bacause she is tiny. When she found something she liked, but not her size, we spent 10 minutes looking for staff to help, and found no one. She then waited in line at the checkout with the lady at the till, only to be redirected to a young chap at a till, and had to ask him for her size in underwear. I think that there needs to be help on the shop floor at all times, and for a larger petite section. I could see she was embarrassed, but I guess this is a contribution to the death of the high street.

Nice store, handy in Oracle, never seems to have my child sizes! Slow queues at till but lovely clothes :)

A great place to shop with very well organised and appealing displays. The store offers quality goods at very reasonable prices. The staffs are helpful and knowledgeable.

Clean and tidy inside. But the guy at the door needs to be more pleasant and inviting. Instructions should be communicated in a nicer and clear way about the exit being downstairs.
