My son needed a suit for prom, he is of a slim build and we have had a super hard time finding a suit that fits. We were recommended Slaters and they did not disappoint. We walked in and asked for some help, Josh was amazing and helped us pick a suit that fit perfectly. My son and I are super happy. I will not go anywhere else for my sons suits from now on.

They have lovely suites to fit all budgets. A good variety of styles and sizes. They also have shoes and the service is friendly. They were great about getting everyone sorted out. We were able to get everything from the jacket Vest shirt ties and shoes to match. My cousin got the suites for 8 of his wedding party. One of the employees made a great effort to get my uncle figured out. They were very knowledgeable about the different fits. I walked away knowing a slim fit stiff fit tailored fit and what looks best on the body. They're modo is being the only store that has a tailor fit. You buy it if the rack but they don't let you leave looking shabby. All this and you can walk away with a 3 piece suite for $150

By far the best service I've seen in a long time. I was with a vulnerable elderly man with dementia who needed a suit for a funeral. The man who helped us knew exactly what we needed, was very kind and helpful and was even able to make adjustments on the spot so we didn't have to come back. I'm frankly blown away that service like this exists in 2022. Thank you so much. It was a very sad day and your staff made it all so much better.

Came here with only a few days to spare before a wedding I had to attend. Almost as soon as I walked in the door one of the young sales chaps was asking if I needed help. I gave him my spec. He knew exactly what he was doing! Got my size correct almost instantly. Tried on a few suits I like the look of, found one I liked. It needed a nip and tuck here and there. So he measured me up straight away. This was a Tuesday, the suit was tailored to fit and ready for me to pick up by 3pm Friday ready for Saturday. Tailoring was free. Service was prompt. Lovely big shop with loads to choose from. I don't think I'll go anywhere else now for my suits from now on! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The suits are of really good quality and they have so much choice! Ross initially helped my partner with picking a suit for his graduation, was able to find him a suit that fit amazingly (they made some slight adjustments for free), was exactly the colour my partner was looking for and was even able to give us some really good tie recommendations that matched our university colours. He was also able to help my partner find some shoes that fit him (his feet are huge so this is normally hard when trying to find smart shoes) which were comfy and, surprise, matched the suit really well. We were also served by an older gentleman when we went to pick the suit up who was also really lovely and helped us find different colour shirts to match the suit :) All in all amazing service, amazing suits and good prices ! 10/10 would recommend :)

Ben L was very helpful, gave me great advice, chose the correct size for me and even measured my leg measurements to tailor the trousers to fit me better. Can't wait to pick up the suit next week! The store had a massive range of suits at different price points and is sanitised and very clean.

I walked into Slaters looking for suits for my wedding,I needed my suit in one style and 4 others suits in a similar style. I found the suit I liked and Dion (sales executive) Gave me the best advice on the suit I have chosen and showed me a new suit for the same price, after a short time he had all of us measured up for our perfect size and ordered the sizes we need. 100% recommend Slaters for suits and 100% recommended Dion he could not have been any better with knowledge and approachable.

Excellent service, friendly, personal and most of all understanding. We brought my fiancé and sons suits for our wedding prior to the pandemic for obvious reasons the wedding was delayed for almost a year. The staff and management at slaters were so understanding and switched the suit that my son had totally outgrown despite being purchased a while back. This alleviated so much stress. Had a great experience in Slaters this past weekend; I went in not really expecting to walk out with anything & ended up with two suits. We were served by a young gentleman called Tayyeb, who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly, and was incredibly mature despite only being a teenager. Not only did he give us great customer service, but he also noticed a defect on one of the suits I was trying on before buying & notified the Assistant Manager to see if it could be fixed, which it couldn't. As a result, the AM offered a discount to apologise for the defect on the suit I originally planned to purchase, which was a really nice gesture. I'd heard good things about the service at Slaters before going in, but was blown away by just how good they are.

What a service I was provided? Fantastic from the minimum I walked in. Came from the Yorkshire to Reading panik buying a suit on the day of the wedding. No place in Reading made be feel more relaxed then these guys to buy a suit. Best and most biggest collection of suits in Reading. Walked in at 2pm and collected a tailed made suit by 4pm. We hired 7 suits for our wedding. The customer service was really good. All of the staff were very helpful. There was a wide range of suits to choose from for all budgets and they were great quality and looked amazing! The only reason that I wouldn’t rate five star is every time we went in store there was quite a wait due to it being very busy.
