I wanted to write this review to highlight the exceptional service of Ross Williams at Suit Direct - Reading. I needed suits for myself and my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding, and after arranging an appointment with Ross, no other suit retailer came close to the level of care and customer service that Ross provided. Even though I came away from the initial appointment no closer to finding a suit than when we started, Ross went out of his way, finding and sending through different colours, combinations and alternatives of what they had to offer. After finally changing direction and finding the perfects suits, getting them ordered was easy, and I made sure Ross was there when we came to try them on. Ross genuinely has a passion for suits and he and his personality made the process really enjoyable. He was a pleasure to deal with, with plenty of fun and jokes being had along the way. I look forward to coming back for the final fit/tailoring a few weeks before the big day.

The staff are brilliant. They are polite, professional and incredibly open minded. I needed a smart shirt, and despite being female, the staff treated me with complete respect, took my measurements to ensure fit, and found me a range of shirts and colours to try on. The clothes are beautiful, the store is clean and bright, and the staff are knowledgable and experienced tailors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and service. Was my first shop to go to when looking for my first pair of suits. Can say with confidence that they really sorted me out in terms of size, style and fit. Over two days of going i managed to get two suits, a coat and other bits which were all in stock! Very good prices and recommendations by the expert in store. I'll be visiting again when I need some other seasonal bits later on :)

Popped into the store as I didn't have time to arrange delivery online. Great size store with lots of selection. I was greeted by Julius who knew exactly what i wanted and guessed the correct size. I had it wrong if I'd ordered online! Very polite and attentive discussing my plans for the shirt I was buying. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I was looking for my wedding suit for 7 months before going to this place. The staff were so friendly and my anxiety instantly disappeared when I entered. The range is great and offered something for every occasion and also whoever was on shift the evening of Monday the 10th of Jan, you need a raise! Saved me from not having a suit for my wedding in two weeks :)

Loved this shop. Excellent range of stylish suits and jackets and really pleased with my purchase. Only critism would be they tend to stock for the slimmer svelt gentlemen. Of course they can order or tailor for you and that takes time. So, if like me , your a bit rounder and bigger allow yourself extra time. 👍

Absolutely blown away! After heading into Reading yesterday on a quest to buy multiple suits and shirts, we happened upon Suit Direct. Apprehensive at first, having never heard of the brand, we entered. Any concerns we had faded fast when we were greeted by Matt (not his full name, but it sounds like wine!). It became clear that we were in very capable hands - he was the fairy god mother we didn't realise we needed - he was amazing! Matt was extremely personable and we warmed to him quickly. He ferried suits to and from the fitting rooms and provided practical styling advice that we so desperately needed. Considering the standard of customer service one usually experiences in clothing stores, it was a real pleasure to be handled with care and respect by someone so competent, and with a great sense of humour! We had so much fun! We will definitely be returning for all our formal-wear needs! Thanks again Matt :)

Went in today and was greeted by a very helpful employee. He helped me find the correct suit with the perfect matching waistcoat. Was able to try on several, and when unable to find the correct size trousers to match certain suits be was quick to find stock availabile in other stores. Ended up with the perfect fit and style for a good price. Would certainly recommend visiting.

The staff at the store are extremely helpful. Julius and Andy helped me find the right suit that fit perfectly for my dimensions. Andy then took the time to take me to a tailor to make some minor adjustments.
