My customer experience today was the best you can imagine. I had to have a fitting because I wasn't sure of the size I had to have cause I'm French... And the girls were so friendly, nice and helpful, I ended buying a sports bra and 5 panties. And I always have a great time wandering in a Victoria's Secret's shop, the new collections are always amazing. I love this place!

Visited Reading store today and was very happy with service specially with one of the staff name Elena (sic) . Her service was outstanding went the extra mile. Helped us to find matching knickers for bra which were no were near display we would never have found them on our own Will visit again

The store is pretty large so there's plenty of space to look around and keep socially distanced. Due to Covid restrictions, the fitting rooms were closed but a lovely sales assistant called Laura helped with sizing and picking out some nice bras for me based on the styles I was looking for. There was a good selection and plenty of sizes available.

Friendly staff, good rage of items, often stock a range of sizes. Overall nice store.

Visited the store yesterday to find a strapless bra for an event. Considering the amount of bras available, I was quite limited when it came to strapless options. I managed to find one I liked and Zina very kindly assisted me for a bra fitting. She was very attentive and offered her advice on how it should fit to get the best wear. She is a credit to your company. Thank you!

Came here just over a week ago, had a fitting with Emma, dark haired, very pretty. She was amazing. She literally brought in about 10 bras for me to try, gave me great advice & was very friendly. She was going between 3 or 4 people being fitted where she used names for each of us & answered the call bells straight away. I ended up spending £150 that day so job I well done. She stood out of all of the staff and really needs to be praised for how good she is. She sets a standard for sure.

Great staff as always, but sightly less selection than we would have liked. Lots of focus on sportswear and little option for colour. If you're looking for basic items then this shop should have what you need, but if you want something for a special occasion you may prefer going to to London stores or visiting Anne Summers on Broad Street.

Staff are very friendly and know the products well They have a free bra fitting service in which they are very supportive in helping you find the right size. Lots of variety They have a brilliant sale around mid - late June. Staff are often everywhere and won't leave you alone which is nice to an extent.

I like the pieces, however the atmosphere in the shop feels like it's all for teenagers not for grownup women. The lingerie, sometimes is layed on trays for browsing but it feels like going though someone's pants drawer.. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Amazing service. Lady called Emma (long dark hair) insisted on measuring me without me even asking, which was life changer! I was wearing the wrong bra size the whole time. She was always making sure me, my mum and sister where okay and fitted them also. 10/10 service. Ended up spending £250 and very happy with my purchases thanks to Emma.

Really lovely and helpful staff! Also, a wide variety of lingerie to choose from. The person in charge got me the perfect fit! However, they did require more staff the last time I went.

it has lots of nice perfumes that last very long, I rated it 4 star becuase there are specific perfumes that have glitter in them and arent so liquid so when i test it out, it's leaves a glittery stain but apart from that it's amazing!

I went to the store recently and they had some amazing things in! I ended up eating a fitting by the AMAZING Emma! I found out I was a totally different size to what I thought! She gave me loads of bras to try on and even wrote down the ones I loved! I was then handed over to a sales assistant to help me pick my bras to buy and it was awful! I was handed to Zena (Sena?) and I have never had such a pushyperson sever me clearly just trying to make thsale at any cost! I felt very uncomfortable and it ruined my great experience with Emma! So much so I left empty handed! I am very disappointed as I was really excited to get some new bras! I’ll willdefinitely be returnwhen there are less pushy sales assistants in store! But to end up on a high Emma was amazing!!

Although not a large store it's still decently sized, the staff and wonderfully helpful and know how to help you and are willing to show you what you're looking for. Will be coming back again once I've figured out and made a list of what I want 😂
