House of Fraser never disappoints me and I find the products easily. Staff are very helpful and are aware of their store very well. I go to shop one thing buy buy many more than I had planned for. You can everything under one roof and the quality is fantastic and the price is also good.

A great department store right in the middle of Oracle shopping centre but a bit pricey as they sell the brand names that are famous and popular with the folks with extra money to spend!

Like this shop but beware returns policy if you buy online. They will only refund onto a gift card or exchange which isn't useful if you're buying lots of things to try. It also isn't comparable with other big department stores. Staff were very helpful and I always like what's on display.

Really weird experience every time when I try to buy something there. The layout of the store is not very logical to me. Really glad this shop is still here with the way the economy is going. Great airy space (not all squashed in with stock) and very friendly staff. I only took off the fifth star because I only shop there in the sales due to price. That said, the sale prices are great and my daughter is delighted with the suitcase I got her! Kitchen utensils and cutlery are of good brands. So are the luggage. Has a good range of bedding products. Enjoy going there.

A good selection of brands and at sale time it's an even better time to visit. I had to drop a couple of stars though for disability access in the concessions rails. There are great wide walkways around the shop, but as a disabled person I found it very difficult to look at clothing that wasn't next to the aisles as the rails were so close together. I understand that retailers want to maximise their use of floor space, but as a self conscious disabled person, knocking clothes on the floor or finding that I needed to change direction as I couldn't squeeze through a particular space, did nothing to enhance my shopping experience. I would have to say this was not true of all of the concessions and maybe sale time was not the best time for me to visit as maybe there were more rails than usual on the shop floor.

There was a lot of choice as to what to buy and lots of different stores in there, like Tommy Hilfiger, Ted Baker, french connection and lots more. As well as clothes there's a lot of makeup choice including clinique. There's shoes and house furniture and stuff too. The only thing is it can be quite expensive.

Changing rooms closed in lingerie department, hopeless if wanting to try bras. Changing rooms near smart dresses have fingerprints all around the door handles, management need to point this out to the cleaners. Staff not in uniform so difficult to identify. Mr Ashley needs to address these issues. Changing rooms that are clean and available are important in a department store otherwise one may as well shop online.

Absolutely amazing staff in this store! The menswear staff are so lovely and very knowledgeable. Especially the chaps on Berwin&Berwin followed by, Luke and Michael on Richard James/Simon carter. One young man in particular however, stands out above all. A young man named Daniel on Lyle&Scott is always smiling, ready to serve and delivers exceptional customer service. Daniel has a true eye for fashion and knows how to sell his product!

This is the first time I have visited House of Fraser for some years. Previously I have made numerous purchases to acquire outdoor clothes from Blacks, Cotswold, Kathmandu and other similar shops. House of Fraser is unusual in providing outdoor clothes for the civilians using them in the High Street. There are outstanding values for clothes such as Label Lab and Craghoppers All Action jackets. House of Fraser seems to understate their range of outdoor clothing products more than the other famous shops. Yet in the same area some ranges of jeans are grossly overpriced due to the reputation of very well known brands!
