R. W.How can I sum up in a few words how brilliant my experience here was?
For context, I had a baby only a week or 2 before lockdown so I've not had a fitting bra since she was born. It's been 19 months that I have struggled to find a bra that fits. I love Ann Summers lingerie because not only is it beautiful but so comfortable too.
I've been trying to measure myself at home through lockdown and the last time I visited the store in person they still weren't offering the fitting service due to covid measures. Unfortunately this means that I haven't found a single fitting bra in over a year and a half and had to return every bra I've bought during this time.
Today I visited the store and was obviously THRILLED to learn that they are now offering bra fittings again!
The lady who served me was an actual angel on earth. She was so kind and friendly. She asked what sort of style and colour I was looking for and managed to find bra which was perfect for me. Not only that but she gave brilliant advice about how the bra should sit.
Because the bra I was wearing was so poorly fitting the lady serving took the security tag and price tag off so that I could start wearing my new, very comfortable and well fitting bra straight away and gave me a bag to carry my old bra around in.
I regret not taking her name because I would love for her to receive some sort of recognition because I am genuinely that thankful to her.
From wearing ill fitting bra's I've suffered from breast and back pain but now, finally, I am able to not only feel comfortable but feel like a queen in my beautiful and sexy new bra 😍
