The member of staff who served me on this occasion acted very professionally & she was very helpful.
The layout of the shop is very good as you can have a proper look to see what is on offer.

F. P.Went in for a couple of items today, got stuck in the queue behind 2 lots of people that were being slow (making returns or something). Before i'd even had a chance to get frustrated, one worker noticed me and another woman waiting; jumped onto the til immediately, and said sorry for the wait (thanks to him there hadn't really been a wait). AND he didn't force me to spell out my email address for the receipt (unlike every other clothes store at the moment), he gave me the option of email or paper, which i really appreciated. Think the chap's name was AJ. Great service, thanks!
