I shop here a lot and love the store, popped in there today looking for some jeans and the woman who approached me couldn’t have been more helpful. Her name was Zoe and she was fab. Helped me with sizes and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A valued member of the team in my eyes. Well done

Paulina was amazing!! Above and beyond for customer service and honestly felt like she wasn't just helping me as a customer but treated me more like a friend! They were really busy so she went upstairs herself and came down with a variety of different fit jeans to find the right ones, faultless interaction. And exactly why I love Hollister!! Thank you Paulina and I'll definitely come back to let you know how I got on. You made my day!!

Best shop in WestQuay! Great clothes. Staff very helpful and attentive. Saturday afternoon and changing rooms were busy, so staff opened the second changing rooms for us. Till queue busy...staff opened the back checkout. It's not cheap, but the clothes and service are well worth it!

Shop is way too dark. Have walked in a couple of times and walked straight back out as I can’t see if I actually like it or not in store. Nothing looked appealing with the poor lighting. I purchased some jeans online and they are the best fitting jeans I think I’ve owned. The half sizes are brilliant. True to size. The fabric soft and I don’t feel like they are squeezing my legs and lose round my waist. Since getting these jeans I have been to hollister mulch more and have a good collection of their clothes. Just a shame I hadn’t found them sooner.

Having just finished shopping with here, I have to say the the store is a credit to the brand. The staff are extremely helpful even on a busy Saturday lunchtime. You are not pushed to buy the store like some clothes stores have a habit of doing. When the staff and store are this good, it says to me that the manager has worked well in building an excellent team.

Pounced on seconds after entering by over enthusiastic staff member with no genuine interest in my needs just a sale. After escaping free to wonder found lots of great clothes, and love the scent in the store. Not enough fitting rooms for size of the store had to wait ages. Check out easy and very helpful.

This is my favourite place to get clothes, I have purchased stuff from here so many times I'm literally covered in Hollister when I leave as that's how good their items are. The staff are incredibly helpful at picking out good clothes for you and they always know how to keep their customers happy. Wow! I don't normally do reviews on my shopping trips but honestly, I was frazzled and the girl wearing the candy canes on her head (on Friday) was absolutely amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed!! Someone give that girl a bonus- incredible service. I will be back.

Lovely shop! Got lots of choice but they only went up to a certain size in the shop and have to order other sizes. I would have preferred to try it on before I brought it as they seemed to run a little on the small side. (Not a lot)
