What an amazing team this store is! Came in today with my uncle whom has learning disabilities so things sometimes take longer. Not once did we feel uncomfortable, felt like he had his own personal shopping experience. I can not thank your team enough for this. Nothing was ever to much. So thank you for all taking the time

Lovely assistant. Didn't even blink at the six pairs I tried on. And she didn't mention that the pair of dark blue 511s I bought were what she suggested in the first place. Nice little shop too. Beating J Lewis next door hands down.

Ok so jeans are fairly expensive these days. Yes you can get cheaper from other shops, but you run the gauntlet of things that don't fit well, or sizes that don't work for you, not in stock etc. Levi's 501s are great quality and come in a wide variety of sizes with odd and even waist sizes, and in a range of lengths. The store doesn't seem to have them displayed in any logical size order, but the staff are super helpful in finding what you need, so overall, no complaints.

Girl helping me find jeans I wanted couldn't of been better. However the girl at the till left me waiting for too long. Told me to try upstairs for a quicker check out. A quick Google and found I could get the same jeans from Amazon for £70 rather than the £100 in store.

I have been a wonderful experience in this shop today. I didn't plan to shop today, I just wanted to know what style jeans suits me, and then buy one when I can... The lovely professional staff kindly collected some kind of jeans to try them and than helped me to find the best style and she found that one on sale online, she helped me through making my decision and finally order one online on half price as it was on sale. She gave me all info that I needed, she could not be better. Thank you that you cared about me and my needs, really much appreciate it! A grateful customer 🙂

I frequently buy Levis online but I thought I'd try instore as they had a sale on, the assistant was very helpful and I wasn't made to feel rushed when trying jeans on, excellent service.
