Excellent service, professional staff who gave excellent advice. Thank you Barry for your help. This was my first suit, I didn’t know my size and the first one you picked for me was a perfect fit. I Love the suit. Highly recommended.

The best fitting for a suit I've ever had, admittedly only the fourth time, but nonetheless it was a fantastic service. Upon entering the store there was a moderate selection of suits, luckily I was looking for something simple and sharp in black, anything else and it may have had to be ordered (which I'm sure would not have been an issue.) Echoing what others have said in their reviews, Barry was professional and clearly very skilled in his profession, from knowledge of suit materials, the fit, accessories for specific occasion and the style of suit based on body type. I left the store feeling far more positive than going in, and over the moon with the suit! And that was down to Barry and his impeccable service, he had my thanks in store, and now again online. Will be visiting Moss Bro's again for my suit needs, highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome shop..!! I've never had a fitted suit made for me and I can wait to get it now.. As I'm my Brother best man, I thought I would treat him to new suit. Make sure he is looking dapper for his big day.. Outstanding service with very helpful staff..!! They hooked us up with 3 fitted suit and they're being sent to are local Moss Bros, as we were just visiting for the day.. Over the moon..!! I will be Highly recommend them from now on..!!

Excellent. Cannot fault the customer service here. Always buy my suits here. Nothing is too much trouble and there is no patronising. 100% recommended. Only thing I didn't do was to take the gent served me name.

After going to other stores for a wedding suit and not having any luck, we went to the store in Southampton, we met a guy called Barry, what a great guy, old school, knowledgeable, good sense of humour, he took control of everything, he got my other half to go and try the trousers on, then he went off to get the other bits, involving myself in the choice of the shoes and tie, he even got my other half to wait whilst I got my camera ready and introduced him with an entrance like they would a bride, my other half was literally speechless and we left the store laughing our heads off and all suited and booted ready for the big day. Fantastic guy!

Something I didn’t like: The employees follow you straight away, ask you questions. I think they should leave the customers to browse around for a while - after few min, maybe then ask what they are looking for. Another thing they should add, is more shoes/boots to their store. Other then that, the employees look really smart (must take them a lot of time to get dressed!), so well done! Very pleasant to see that.

Really helpful and friendly staff. He eyed me up and within seconds knew my size. I was very impressed. Jay, I think his name was, very nice chap and knew his stuff. Showed me what was on offer and what would work well. I ended up leaving very happy. Ordered in the right trousers which I collected a few days later. The deal was excellent, but honestly, what made it was the service =)

Went to purchase a suit on Thursday 4th January for my staff party. We met Barry the shop floor assistant who was very attentive and gave me helpful advice about my size, colour co ordinations and pointed me in the right direction with a beautiful suit and shoes. I came to your Southampton store just outside of west quay to look for a suit for my daughters christening. Barry assisted me into looking for a suitable suit that was smart and I could wear for other occasions. Barry was incredibly helpful and picked things for me that I never would have considered before. Berry spent time with him to go through the different kind of tuxes available, trousers, shoes, shirts and all... Probably the best customer service we have ever experienced.
