Had a the most fantastic experience today at Charisma. Debbie was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about what would suit me. I’m not exactly stick thin, but was made to feel very comfortable. Debbie listened to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions on styles and colour of things that I may never had tried on otherwise. We agreed on the final selection and then moved into hats… oh my… I have never felt so glamorous. I left the shop feeling fabulous, with a fabulous outfit to wear at my daughter’s wedding in July. Thanks Charisma, you were wonderful!

Well, Debbie was just wonderful & guided me skilfully towards the most stunning dress I think I’ve ever seen! It blew the other outfits out of the water! I visited Charisma with my Mum on Friday 2nd July, and walked away with my Mums dream dress for my wedding next April. Debbie was absolutely lovely and provides an outstanding service. We were the only people in the boutique so felt like we had a really special tailor made service, Debbie was fantastic at making my Mum feel confident and even found a pearl necklace so my Mum could get an idea of how the finished outfit would look. If you're in the Hampshire, Dorset, IOW area I would highly recommend Charisma, and even if you're not from those areas and travelling further afield, it's well worth the trip! Thanks so much Debbie, can't wait to show you pictures from the day.

Visited Charisma today with my daughter looking for my outfit for her wedding. The shop had the best selection of outfits of all the other 8 shops I've been to. Debbie was very patient and helpful and I walked out with a really lovely dress and jacket. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending, Charisma to anyone. .

I visited Charisma in March 2020 immediately before lock down for a Mother of the bride outfit, the experience was very good but being just under 5ft found it quite difficult to find something that suited. After much trying on a condici dress and floaty jacket was decided upon. I had reservations as the ladies had to do a lot of pinning so I could see exactly how it would fit. I was reassured that the alterations could be quite easily done. A year later after the original wedding date was postponed ( due to COVID19) I took the dress to be altered. To my astonishment the cost was £300.00! Given that the original dress was £740.00 this became a very expensive outfit. The dress was altered and the wedding has taken place, I felt very nice and received lots of compliments BUT want to stress to anyone else who is not a standard height and size that you may wish to consider your purchase very carefully.... especially given that Charisma have a no returns policy . I hindsight a made to measure dress would have been a more cost effective option for myself.

With a friend's recommendation, we visited Charisma following the Covid-19 lock down. The shop had just opened by appointment only. I found the experience relaxing and friendly and tried quite a lot of outfits of varying design and colour. Was given time to ensure my decision was correct when narrowing my choices down to the favorites. There was also a great choice of hats to complete each outfit. Coming away with two, I would recommend a visit. The owner had unlimited patience and I'd certainly return again.

I had an amazing time with my daughter and best friend trying on dresses for my big day. I found 'the one'. It was a relaxed and fun experience. There is plenty of choice for the 'bigger' lady like myself. Thanks for tips on where to get shoes as I have found the perfect pair. Excellent service.

Had a great overnight stay having experienced a spa day. Rooms are good and beds very comfy. Bar and restaurant are modern and the bar has lovely seating areas. All staff were very friendly and helpful and felt very covid safe.

Nothing short of brilliant! My wife and I went here thinking if she could find one mother of the bride outfit that suited her figure she would be fortunate. However the two ladies were so helpful and guided her in directions she would normally shy away from but with astounding results. At the end it was a difficult choice as after much deliberation she narrowed it down from 5 possibles to 2 and then the one that was perfect for her. The range is truly extensive and it is easy to see why they have clients from all over the country and even abroad. My wife has bought outfits here for other occasions over the years and she continues to be absolutely delighted. Can’t recommend highly enough My wife was amazed to find they even do more unique casual wear at very reasonable prices. A bit different to the usual high street clothes.

A wonderful shop with super friendly, professional staff that can meet your every need as a mother of the bride or any special occasion. I visited the shop and within an hour I had a stunning dress, fascinator, shoes matching handbag, shrug and jewellery. I was given lots of options, some that I would not of chosen myself but that looked really good.i can't recommend this shop highly enough.
