Awesome customer service, all staff remembered me as I am a frequent shopper. The chap behind the till (I think he's American?, sorry if I got this wrong.) was very talkative and polite. Very helpful in helping me choose different outfits etc. Couldn't recommend more. On this occassion, purchased a tie and shirt, images attached.

Brilliant. Served by Chris who helped me pick out my wedding suit. Must have been in the store a good hour trying on multiple suits, sizes, styles, nothing was too much trouble and was a great experience. Now have my suit and all ready to get married!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service by both gentlemen. I genuinely cannot fault anything from the moment I walked in the store. I even put a suit behind the counter to pick up but then I had to leave the store to go and buy something else as I was walking to the other store I fell over and smashed myself up pretty good :( so I didn’t get to go back in to pick it up. The two gentleman’s recommendations were fantastic. Thank you so much for all your help on my suit fitting

I visited Suits Direct with my son (14 years old)on Sunday and the assistant (sorry forgot gentleman's name) really, really helped him to pock a suit and accessories perfect for him. It has really helped improve his confidence in how he sees him self. Upon getting home and trying on my old suit I returned Tuesday at 9am for a new suit for my self. Again served by the same assistant and can not fault the service or advice given.

Recently visited this store for advice on suit fittings for a up coming wedding . Customer service here was great friendly, very knowledgeable. I was served by Chris. I went on a Sunday found a great suit on sale too was aloud to try it one also they had a washed and clean shirt to borrow as well. They have lots of suit for rental and purchase. The staff are all amazing I will be going back when I need a new suit. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service by Alek and Chris. I came into store with a clear vision of what I wanted for my wedding party and they embraced it, chosing items that perfectly matched up with the theme I was after! I couldn't recommend this store and these guys highly enough and the choice of suits is second to none!

We dealt with Suit Direct Southampton as they picked up our suit hire order that was originally placed with Youngs/Debenhams pre-covid. Sharon & Dieter were fantastic throughout with their customer service and going above and beyond to ensure that all 8 members of the wedding party were measured and everything fitted correctly. Their experience in hire and excellent customer service was noticed by all of us and we couldn't recommend them more.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience! Got my first ever suit and as a fat, trans man it could have been really disheartening but Chris was amazing which was really reassuring and affirming I'm confident I'll be getting bits and bobs there for years to come!

Some really nice suits and clothing here, but such a limited range of lengths. I'm 6'3 and nothing catered for me. I didn't think that was abnormal hight but this shop just doesn't cater for it. Staff were a bit rude and up them selves which didn't help. Went home and found something on the website in a long length so would recommend that rather than the shop.

Have just bought a 3 piece suit for my nephews wedding from your Southampton branch and to say the service I received from Chris was quality would be doing him a disservice!! He went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a shop before from emailing and phoning around to sort everything out as needed a jacket that they never had in store and needed in double quick time!!! He phoned to keep me up to date with what was happening and when the jacket came and wasn’t correct took all the steps to make sure it and I was sorted out. Cracking service and credit to your store, will definitely be returning again soon

Had a wonderful experience in your Southampton shop today. Excellent service and great knowledge shown by male member of staff. Sorted me out with a suit, waistcoat and accessories. Sorry I did not get his name. Had run out of time as event was following day. Could not be more happy with result. He has an easy job as your product is excellant. However, refreshing to experience that level of service.

I went with my husband to an appointment for suit fitting for our niece's wedding. We weren't kept waiting despite being a few minutes early. We came away with a lovely shirt and tie and a 3 piece suit and a big pack of Ben Sherman socks all for well under £200. The service couldn't have been better. Extremely professional.

Chris who served me went above and beyond to order all of the different sizes I needed from other stores, the warehouse and just wherever he could find them. Suit Direct - newly opened store in West Quay centre, Southampton with some really great staff.....service in particular from "Amber" today terrific in fact, nothing too much trouble and great attitude in these unusual circumstances. Purchased a great new Marc Darcy jacket, 2 pairs of trousers, 2 shirts...... some great offers. Amber explained the special offers on arrival at the store, really professional (as I work in retail it's was refreshing to have some great service).....I'm so impressed that I will be contacting H/O. Needed 7 suits for my upcoming wedding. Chris went above and beyond to help us all out and even when they didn't have one particular size in stock he ordered it in for me and kept me up to date via phone call of when it would be in. After some appalling customer service in Moss Bros I found this place. As soon as I walked in I recognised a guy that used to work in another department store in Southampton and immediately knew he knows his suits. I waited till he was free and he helped me with sizing and finding the suit and shirt that would fit me best and look good. Really polite, spent about 20minutes with me making sure I had everything I needed and he couldn't be helpful enough. His name was Dieter, if you are looking for the perfect suit then pop by and find him.
