Went in to find a few things and the young lass who helped me was an absolute rock star, nice human approach as to the plastic customer service style you see sadly so often now in other stores.

Good size, really good quality clothes and jackets, very casual wear, but alot of their products are covered in their brand logos which is a shame because it makes them look tacky. Wait for the sales they have good ones.

Good customer service... I went in there and asked for a bomber jacket which i found online and the staff who was working there find out the last piece of that bomber jacket and gave out to me... I wonder how she remember the quantity of stuffs in there as there are wide variety of them

I always find it a bit dark in store and the lay out isn't very buggy/wheelchair friendly. The music was also quite loud so I found it hard to hear my husband and toddler when they spoke to me. My husband likes the clothes though.
