I don't normally write reviews, but I was amazed at how quickly my delivery came and I love my purchase. My parcel was packaged very neatly and carefully too! The online shop was very easy to use and check out of, I will definitely be sure to visit the physical store if I am ever in the area.

It’s great that shops like Rowfers still exist, as there’s really not that many independent alternative stores left these days. Probably one of the only ones in Stoke. I’d highly recommend them though. Staff are friendly, prices are more than reasonable, and it has that zesty little vibe that you can’t quite just put your finger on. I suggest you try them out. Will be coming back. Think of it as having a local mini-Afflecks

Such a lovely shop, sells some beautiful things, been here for years and is always nice to go in and have a nosey about, does a good range of incense sticks and body jewellery as well as accessories and clothing

Been going here since I can remember, never fails to sell good stuff💪🏼 Piercings are always a good quality too that's what I buy most. Ordered a glitter stud for my tragus and it's almost like marble style instead of cheap tacky glitter that falls off. Very happy with my orders thanks as always❤️😁

Great for eclectic gift buying ; Pin badges, crystal pendants, boxes, T shirts, loud tops & trousers, hats, dresses, dreamcatchers, earplugs (stretchers), goblets, facemasks, inscense burners, vast array of INSCENSE, & smells divinely of Nag Champa. Favourite item the skeleton clock (Father Time). And a great selection of Directions hair dyes. Came out with slate, violet, rose red and flamingo pink, (my reason of today's visit). 👍 Staff are friendly, helpful, and informative.

I have visited this shop many times over the years and have never been disappointed. If you are after anything quirky, I'd highly recommend you give this shop a try. Such an adorable little shop and well worth a visit. It's just a shame there aren't more places like this around. I hadn't been in for a long while and went in yesterday and was so pleased to see the lovely lady with all the tattoos still works there, she is an absolute treasure.. and always looks really cool, my daughter loves her!! The staff always greet us with a smile and are so welcoming helpful and polite. Makes such a nice change from walking into a shop and being ignored. 5***** .

One of my favourite shops ever! When you walk into rowfers your hit with the smell of a variety of incense, candles and essential oils it smells amazing! There is a big selection of high quality piercing jewellery and stretchers at reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, will definitely be returning again. Thank you rowfers 🙂.

Great independent alternative shop which I am glad to have stumbled upon! Sells fab hippy/goth clothing, jewellery, humorously macabre writing and pictures on hoodies and t-shirts and wonderfully macabre clocks and other objects. Great for those who like something different to give as gifts or for themselves. I shall definitely be going back here. Also sells incense and it smells wonderful. Staff are friendly and approachable. Not a shop for the dour, boring or "normal". To my mind, similar to stalls found at WOMAD and other music festivals. 😁

Rowfers Hanley is an awesome independent clothing & jewellery shop, nestled in the middle of a sea of borathon corporate chain-shops, it is a shining beacon for independant retailers! The staff are all really friendly & helpful, the clothes are cool (I have several bespoke printed T-shirts from here) and the owner Roger is an ace dude! Go vist, now!!!!
