I've bought a fair bit of clobber from Terraces online facility recently and all aspects of the service are fantastic! Great selection of brands at great prices. Items always arrive within a couple of days and Dave from customer service has ok'd it for me to collect from the Hanley store as I am in town a couple of days a week. The lads in the shop are super helpful and are always polite and cheerful. Due to the aforementioned factors I will remain loyal to Terraces. Great place to shop - what is there not to like?! Terraces is a great shop with great men's wear with absolutely Fing great service.Man it's such a fantastic experience shopping there.Big up all the lads,I've been shopping there since it very first opened and today I bought a beautiful piece of La Coste knitwear (an ace black zip up jumper).and a great Paul And Shark beenie.They knocked me a great bit of discount off and treated me like a king.If you live in a big city then forget going to the likes of Flannels or Harvey Nicks come down to Hanley Stoke On Trent for that great Terraces shopping sensation. And no I do not and have never worked for Terraces or have any friends or family that work there ,it's just a great men's wear store

Great experience. Two of my items, Napapijri, were particularly small for a large. Popped into the Hanley store and exchanged for a larger size. No fuss and all sorted within 10 minutes.

My grandson ,daughter and myself visited Marsh street store Hanley today and the staff were so helpful and pleasant, they soon sorted a mix up over a windcheater my grandson had ordered online and helped him with another one he couldn't find in store, great service and lovely down to earth staff who made us feel valued but not pushy. Great products too, no doubt we'll be back!

I use Terraces Menswear a lot and I can safely say they are far and away the best online clobber retailer for service. They put up with my many returns and refund immediately the day they receive the goods back. That's pretty amazing considering most will make you wait the full 14 days. The selection is good, the prices are keen and I've never had a problem. Some have complained about the courier but I get stuff delivered to work so someone is always there to collect and sign for it. Anyway, 5 stars from me and I should have written this ages ago. Thanks Terraces :-)

I buy from this store online as I live in Scotland. Products are excellent and good value for money. The despatching of items via interlink is an excellent service as you can change up to an hour before delivery (as its tracked) to a neighbour or safe place. I have returned items also and had my account credited in a reasonable timescale. Some of the reviews that regard to poor service I cant speak for..but my personal experience has been top notch

Disagree totally with the above remarks. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the stock is great. A wide selection of casual shirts that was of interest to me - Gant, Lloyd, Perry. etc. The sale prices were tempting and I was delighted with the informal service and the price I paid. Visited the Hanley store last week, really nice shop which is well laid out and has a good stock selection.
