E. B.Went in looking for plain T Shirts for my daughter to work as a waitress. Met young lady called Abbey who was so polite and helpful and could not have offered greater assistance. She was also wearing one of the t shirts I was looking at which assisted my to make a final choice from those on offer. Amazing value buying in bulk ! Thank you so much - a very pleasant shopping experience
S. M.New Next store, from early 2016. New fittings and fixtures, big, easy access changing rooms. Bit too bright for my liking, and the white light can change the colour of clothes, so when you get them home they aren't quite the same.
B. B.Found what I needed to buy and I took it to the nearest till. Waited a few seconds and realised that they was no staff in the vicinity. Walked to the next till and a shop assistant, then saw me and walked over to the till and served me. The lady assistant was helpful and courteous.
L. S.Empire Cinema's is brilliant for a Tuesday evening, where you can watch the latest of films at a very cheap price. You will more than likely need to book online preferably in the morning if you want to get a decent seat for a new film, as it does tend to fill quickly. The chances of turning up on a Tuesday and getting a seat for a new movie between 6pm-9pm is slim, because it is very busy. I must admit I now own a CineWorld card for the reason that we have more of these cinemas in Swindon, and I get to watch any movie at any time for a monthly cost - we also get invites to preview films first. If you are a film buff I would have to recommend CineWorld more. Empire though is still in a great location, but it is not easily accessible at the moment due to the bridge being out of action between Greenbridge and Stratton.
W.Sickly and overpowering false scent throughout store, typical of all Next stores.
c. c.10/10 service top quality and great helpful staff Yasmine showed me around the store because I’ve never been there before she was lovely to speak to she assisted me from start to finish she was very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about very quick and helpful.
