When I visited this Primark I expect it to be much bigger with how the shopping centre is built. The Primark is made up of 2 floors and is very small. This means there are only limited products available and limited sizes for all items. There are large sections of sale products that you can easily look around for a bargain, and staff are available around the store if you need help. I just feel like the other bigger primarks have more to offer and newer lines unfortunately.

Had a day out to golden square with daughter in law and grandson, popped into primark was good ,they do have a wide variety of goods on every floor from kids ,women n men's clothing to household items. bought a few items of clothing for my 3 Yr old grandson..pleased with purchase....😊

It's always a pleasure to shop here with the life partner. Plenty of room to shop and not too busy for a weekend. It can get manic at peak times but the staff are always lovely and security are efficient and friendly when there's a Q.

Plenty of choice of none labelled clothing and shoes for all ages in widely distanced isles. Always plenty of people in there and the need to queue to pay, but the queue moves quicker than expected. They show how much mark up named makes get by just adding a label. Clothes are made just as well as others but it is always in the back of my mind of the people who make them, regarding pay and working conditions. But again named makes have been shown to mistreat staff as well.

I always love a good mooch in Primark but I hardly buy anything any more (except pyjamas and their lovely hanging scent bags). There's often not enough of the basics, black shirt, tank tops, long sleeved tops. Their sizes are always a bit off too. It's well laid out and one of the more cleaner Primark stores I've been to but the clothes are a little young for me now I think 😂 I'm not even 30 yet

Went to primark for a quick look with the misses. 3 hours later we just got around the whole store, omg I was thinking thank god that's over. But then the misses let's go up to floor 2. My life flashed before me, "why have you forsaken me father" i muttered under my breath as the escalator took me to the second floor. Needless to say there's a lot to look at, lady's go now take your man with you he will be sooooo happy he went also.

The upstairs queuing system needs to be more clean because it's very confusing and nobody seems to know where to start and finish! Nice stuff at low prices, can't really argue. Getting a bit fed up of the rails having more xs and s sizes than any other though, it took me ages just to find packs of underwear in my size today! Lovely homeware and baby stuff though and ideal for kid's clothes as they grow so quickly there's no point spending a fortune!

It was great lots of new season fashion in spent £85 today but always have a problem finding size 16 and 18. There is tons of size 6,8 and 10. Primark need to put more of larger sizes on the racks and reduce small sizes

Great store some great bargains up for grabs. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff the only let down was some of the items didn't have a price tag on them. So you can't be bothered to ask. I even got to see behind the scenes here and the store was clean and tidy. Got a great rest room for their staff. I'd love a job here they're all looked after.

Usually have a great selection of sizes but when I went in the tops and shorts on the shelves had next to nothing on them. Also getting sick of buy clothes in sizes I know I am and they don't fit! This also go for my 3 year old daughter 😡 having to get 2/3 sizes bigger!

This shop is always packed. Ive had some great stuff from here for my hols but you have to watch as some of the stuff is really cheap and nasty. The ladies socks go in holes really quickly. Bras are not too good either and they dont do all sizes. On the other hand you can get some good stuff.

I said i would never shop in Primary again, after being taken a store in liverpool, on opening day by my girlfriend. It was so crammed, you couldn't move. But I bit the bullet, and went shopping in Warrington, and really enjoyed it. Its very tidy by comparison, and really well organised, and set out.

Maybe you could up the prices on the stick on nails andd the quality because when I bought them I wore them for a day and half of them fell off, also when you put your hands underwater or go inside a swimming pool theres likely chance they will come off. A store that sells everything from make up, shoes, ladies, gents and children's clothing and underwear, coats, handbags, scarves, makeup bags, and make up accessories, facial wipes, sun hats and swimwear, cushions, duvet sets and much more and all at very reasonable prices. Great shop. Recommend a visit, you'll be amazed.

Great sized Primark. Not huge and doesn't have the massive choice of Liverpool but a nicer place to shop. Is always tidy, queues are never that big and changing rooms are always available. Parking for Golden Square is better than Liverpool too; cheaper and makes the shop far more accessible. Love the make up range, great quality and so cheap!

Love Primark! Love their Pj's but watch out some of them shrink badly when washed. Great store with parking nearby. Very busy all of the time and I'd hate to work in there at Xmas. Some customers are so rude to the staff. Some people can't be bothered to put clothes they've just picked up to have a look at back on the shelf and they end up on the floor. Staff are forever folding clothes back up! Good bargains to be had.

Love the clothes from primark but just refuse to shop there, It just puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day as there is people all around you and on your back as your trying to shop, makes me have a sweatband around my head and neck area and a Barry sheen all over my body,and it makes me want to get someone in a choke hold so not worth the hassle shame though they have some lovely clothes

It's alright for basic clothing, I wouldn't go out in anything from there. The materials are very cheap and that shows. The stitching is very bad on some products. But like I say, clothes are okay for knocking about in or maybe holidays. :)

It's ok.... I'm getting less + less enthusiastic about Primark. 15 years ago I loved it. Now I'm not a great fan. Clothing sizes are really hit + miss. Queuing is always long + the aisles at the tills are so tight it's claustrophobic- if u have a pram forget it! It's always busy + a tip . The quality is getting poorer + the prices higher. The make up , false nails + toiletries are good though.

I went here for a novelty t shirt and a my little pony onesie, when I got there I was convinced the shop had been ransacked. I told security to raise the alarm but they said it always looked like that. The place looked like a garage sale at a hoarders house. I love primark thr clothes are pretty good quality & for the most part are affordable. However i do not like going in too often if i can help it as the way the stored are laid out is very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get around. The clothes racks on the carpeted areas are too close together meaning i get stuck on the clothes or the bottom of the stands which causes me pain and embarrassment as it makes a really loud noise so everyone looks at you. It means that if someone's looking at clothes pretty much anywhere in the store & i wish to get passed i have to appolagise & ask them if i Could get passed they have to stop looking & move totally out of the area for me to get through not everyone is so nice about doing this. When i go upstairs to look at your nightwear section & you have things like pj sets and nightgowns stacked on the shelving displays you do realise that the majority of people in wheelchairs can not reach the bottom shelf i have a hard time reaching the second bottom one so i can not come into the store alone because i have had some horrible reactions when i have asked people for help or just if i can pass Which has caused a bad social anxiety condition so anything you can do to make your stores easier & more accessable for people with disabilities to get around & shop totally Independently would be welcomed by a large proportion of society who are often an after thought usually the most that gets done to make things accessable is the minimum required by law which frankly is not even close to being enough. I do commend your policy of having the end till for wheelchair users where we can actually get our legs under The till so we are out of the way of other shoppers & i am not having to turn myself 90degrees to interact with the member of staff and try to pay also that i do not have to join the normal till then try to get passed people paying in a space that is bearly Wide enough for my wheelchair i just wait patiently at the side untill the person on the till is finished serving there customer and noticed i am waiting for the disabled till to become free. The only thing i woyld say is that i didnt know it existed & had been joining the normal till dor years before a member if staff stopped me & explained the system and showed me where i needed to wait to be served in the future. All your staff should know this information and approach anyone they see in the store who is disabled and explain the system to them before they que up for the first time making the experience a positive one

I have 8 pairs of high waisted jeggins at home from Primark. Saturday is not the day to go. I have had older women take the time to look for a size in a coat for a gift..at xmas before now. I was thrilled. I was taught from a young age to 'stop talking' to my colleagues when a customer is being served...
