R. K.I went in to buy a new suit for a funeral and I was helped every step of the way by the friendly staff at this store.
Emma was the lady who served me, making sure I had multiple options of size and style. She was friendly and assertive when she needed to be, as I'm not familiar with shopping for suits!
It was quick and easy which was just what I needed, I will be coming back if I ever need any formal wear.
F. V.Wonderful shop experience. I got really well advised by lovely a woman about the size and also the colour choice. I finally bought neutral tones one online on their online website to be able to pay it 3x times. I will highly recommend them
A. C. H. P.Hired a suit for my sons school prom. It turned out to be a pretty expensive suit hire and I could have bought a similar suit for the money. Anyway, that's my fault for not being more on the ball I guess. The suit did look good on my lad and he was happy at the end of the day.
B. P.On the lead up to my wedding I needed shirts and fabric samples, other Moss stores wouldnt answer the phone and seemed too busy to help. These guys went above and beyond. Simply superb customer service every time I needed them last minute as problems occured. Highly recommended. Didnt catch a few of their names, but most recently Toby was utterly class. Massive thanks for helping where no others would!
J. L.Elliot was very knowledgeable and charming - felt like a pampering experience. His suggestion for my son's suit was excellent. My son has now discovered a love of suits and dressing well, as a result. Elliot made it a very nice experience.
N. L.Called in to find a black suit to replace one that I had gotten too big for. Wonderful attentive service from Iuan, friendly and knowlegable. Was able to provide items to establish fit, source trousers and waistcoat from stock and and gave exact details to ensure the jacket was ordered and arrived in time for my event. Kept the other items by whilst we arranged the jacket. I can't fault the experience I had in this store . I also had a great chat about the first suits we ever bought and the importance of never forgetting your roots.

She took us through every step and made what could of been a very stressful experience a very calm and easy visit.. one huge stress off of our big day thanks to the Incredible patience and kindness of this girl.. i. b.After visiting another Moss Bros shop semi locally I was left feeling less than impressed. I went to the Worcester shop and was totally amazed how good Elliott and Georgie were in comparison to the other shop. They were easy to talk to, friendly, and knew what they were on about. Also, an excellent range considering the size of shop.

Range is not extensive but you can get a decent entry level suit for a compelling price. Full lightweight Charcoal suit complete with shirt and waistcoat set me back a very reasonable £175 today so not bad!
Dont expect anything beyond the entry level here however they do offer a tailor service within 21 days and the staff in the Worcester branch were friendly and attentive at all times working diligently. I would recommend them!
